One of the worst experiences at a financial institution I have ever had. I was merely cashing a check from the MS State Treasury department and was pulled aside and treated like a criminal even though I’ve been a local resident my entire life. The cashier was so rude and acted as though I was a waste of her time. There is a reason I don’t do business with local banks, and this experience validated that opinion.

Waiting for an hour for some unprofessional worker to not get me access to my own account and funds because the regions account didn't have my mother's maiden name. So I have to stop by another time of the week to get access to my own account funds despite having my social email license and phone. Not only that but when i called they just resent the email signature, something which the incompetent brat that i dealt with never offered. Never open a region's account

Extremely unprofessional, rude, & smart mouthed. Called up there for help, and she talked to me like I was slow, and every time I tried to rephrase my question she cut me off. Don’t recommend calling up there.

Don’t expect help from this location. Went in about Zelle. Basically could not verify phone number thru Regions. Shakera, or whatever her name is, did not understand what I was saying. Told me I wasn’t giving her much to work with. Can’t work with someone who can’t understand or know how to do her job.

We have had good service with this bank. We have only dropped in 2 times and it does take longer to get service. Making an appointment seems to be the way to go for this bank.Making an appointment for many people may not be an option though.One complaint we do have is when you call the bank the phone rings and rings and nobody picks up.

My wife and I visited this branch TWICE to update our Credit Cards to our new last name. They have yet to issue our new cards with our new last name on them and it's been 3 weeks. As a 25 Year customer, I am HIGHLY DISSATISFIED with this branches INCOMPETENCE; including the 800-number. It's always the same..."We're sorry" but nothing happens. Perhaps JP Morgan CHASE would be more hospitable and WELCOMING!

I go to this bank daily to deposit for the company I work for. Was told today that going forward when we make a deposit it has to be exact change or they will not be giving the change back. So if we have a deposit of $19 but bring a 20 dollar bill, they cannot give us the $1 change back. Which leaves our store cash drawer $1 short. They basically said "sorry". Why treat a company that banks several businesses with you like that?

I had fraud to take place pertaining paypal all the information was given to the resolution department ,even the FBI report,regions gave me excuse after excuse ,I explained to them that I have been with regions for over 20 years and the "DAY TRADE WITH FOREX" was a copied web page and the representative was fake also,the entire site disappeared,regions gave more excuses,my claim was denied stating that I used friends and family and it appeared that I participated in this act,I called pay pal and after explaining the entire issue to them they corrected the problem and I got my money back,I will more than likely be finding another bank,this was a total shame on regions part.

Sat in the drive thru 20 mins. ( Weds morning 9:30am) there was only one teller working and the cars was wrapped around the building. Went inside there was only 2 tellers working with 13 people in line. Employees didn’t seem to care about the large volume of customers waiting they were mostly laughing & talking discussing personal issues rather than working. The other available staff that wasn’t doing anything just stood and looked at the long lines with a unconcerned attitude. This bank is definitely poorly managed and is a sore eye on Regions Bank .
