Did confirmation reservation on line and then went to facility a day later, April walked me through all the required information, answered any question, took me to the storage unit explaining all the times, entrance code and how to exit. Great Experience! I highly recommend this facility!

We went to get an extra unit and April was very understanding and took the time to help us decide which size and unit to pick! Very professional and kind, if I need to switch it up again I'll know have no problems asking for help. The rates are not to bad too for a climate controlled unit.
