The employees here are so consistently rude that I've visited for my last time. I went in on Wednesday evening and some slender young man with a scrappy bleached blonde beard on his chin was at the register. Never looked at me, never spoke to me, never acknowledged my existence except to hand me my cigars take my money. I'm literally speaking to him and he's ignoring me. Ridiculous.

Another fake Shell FR station that refuses to honor Fuel Rewards card at pump.Used the Fuel Rewards phone app to map nearby Fuel Rewards stations.Found the station at 9968 Goodman Rd, Olive Branch, MS 38654, on the FR app.Went to that station about 7:45pm, Once again, rewards shown, logged in, denied at the pump! "see cashier"?, BS!

Over priced gas and Incredibly rude workers. We are Olive Branch residents and have come here 2-3 times a week for gas for the past year. My husband locked his keys and phone in his car and the attendant was not only zero help with assisting with calling a locksmith, but was extremely rude. Very disappointing. We will never give this place our business again.

High gas and old overpriced food. Store has a strong odor. Workers are not polite at all. Pumps dont work a lot of the time and you have to hang up, if paid with a card you have to wait days to get the refund which means you have to pay for gas again if you want it.

On the average, much higher fuel prices than Kroger which is just a few minutes west. Otherwise a clean place to visit if one needs to.
