PATRICIA, represent the company to the fullest. She's been very helpful from the time I moved my merchandise into the unit. I've noticed that she's always checking each unit on site to make sure everyone belongings are safe. That's good to know because she understands that we work hard for our belongings. I've been renting my storage unit for 2 years now and I know my belongings are safe. Thank you Patricia and to Public Storage as well!!!

I’ve been storing with Public Storage for about 2 years now, and my experience has been nothing short of excellent. The customer service team is always friendly, professional, and ready to help with any questions or needs. The facility is clean, well-kept, and I always feel confident that my belongings are safe and secure. I truly appreciate the consistent support and reliability. They’ve made the storage process stress free. I highly recommend!

The manager Patricia has always been super helpful with any of mine or my friends needs ! There units are air conditioned so that is super helpful! Never had any issues ! Would defiantly recommend 😁😁

When I first started using this location they were owned by a different company with actual humans at the desk every day. It was great for the convenience/proximity. But now I feel like I’m being ripped off by the current company - paying double what I signed on for in 22. I’m being charged almost double what they show online for a monthly rate on my same size unit in same location. Since this company took over the location there are never any handcarts around, the dial for the lights in the units has been broken for over 6 months, and sometimes the doors don’t open and you have to push them apart. The large exit gate for the trucks is almost always completely open for the day. Might be time to find another company.

It is a fairly new storage unit and convenient to where I live. On the upside, it has a wide variety of sizable units, heavy gates that won’t let you out without a code, and wide passageways for large trucks. On the downside, the prices doubled only after a few months, and the access app works less than 50% of the time. Very inconvenient if the weather is poor or nighttime. Other times the app opens the opposite gate. For example, if you’re coming in, the exit gate will open or the gate on the other side of the business will open, both causing you to drive to the other side to enter/leave. This is why I only
rated 3 stars. This needs to be remedied. Overall, however, I recommend this location.
