We rented this event hall 3/2/2024, and let me start by saying that the level of professionalism was horrible.In the beginning, everything was fine. We booked the event hall, spoke with one of the owners(I assume), paid in full. The day of, our time was from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.. We could not get in touch with anyone to open the building until after 11,which put us behind 2 hours. When we finally got in, we had to do some cleaning. The toilet had urine on it and the floors were not too bad. Kitchen area was horrible. And during the whole time we were there we could not get in contact with anyone. A code was later sent so that we could get in. No one came to assure that everything was in place, again, no one answered the calls, texts, or emails sent until 2 hours later and we could not reach them anymore that day. And when asked about the make up of the 2 hours, we got no response. Now I'm wondering about the deposit cause we have not gotten that back for cleaning. We had a bad experience with this company. We finally got through the day despite the issues.This would be a wonderful event hall if the owners would straighten up their acts and be more professional. Just in case we were told we are lying, I do have proof of the calls, texts, emails ect.Signed,An unsatisfied client.

Skyy Room Event Hall made my 50th birthday a night to remember. 10/10 would highly recommend! The decor was gorgeous! If you are looking to have an even please go to Skyy Room Event hall in Olive Branch MS. Bianca and her staff are amazing. Very easy to communicate and responds quickly, Thank you again for helping make my event a night to remember!

Omg I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Bianca and Skyy Room Event Hall. From start to finish she made my baby shower process so easy and beautiful! I received everything I wanted and so much more!! I'mForever thankful for the customer service she preferred and I definitely recommend her for all your event needs!

Shot out to Sky Room Event Hall. They came through with no problem. I was looking for a venue at the mast minute and they squeezed me in. I highly recommend for all your gathering event needs!!!

Please do not rent for this place. They will scam you for your deposit by stating you left trash on the premises and did not turn the air off or any made up lie they can come up with. The owner sent me pictures of someone's else trashing stating it was mine. They also sent me a bill that was inaccurate and got upset because I corrected their error. I was told verbally that deposits will be returned within 3 days and later it was emailed stating 7-10 days. When I inquired on day 10 why I hadn't received my deposit, I was given excuses about a family member dying and no one was available. I finally got $200 deposit back today and I inquired about my $50 that was obviously missing. I was told that I left the air on and trash outside. She also provided a picture of the trash. However, my event didn't serve red cups that were clearly seen in the picture. I support black businesses but this one is a SCAM. I would never rent from Skyy Room event hall again and I advise anyone else to be cautious.

I am extremely unhappy with the entire experience from this rental. Let's begin with the fact the day I rented the venue, I paid in full. The day of the event, a third party informed me the front lf the building had been struck by a vehicle. The owner of the event hall did not even call to inform me. I had to purchase banners to cover the horribly disgustingly placed cheap wood over the whole to keep from being an eye sore. After multiple conversations the day of, I explained to the owner i would expect a refund on my rental to which I was given 50% back. Once on site for the event, one of the overhead lights flickered the entire night, there was no trash bin on site, there were no paper products in the bathroom, and the outside lights were not working leaving my guests to return to their vehicles in the dark. Over all I was disgusted with this event hall. The owner expressed to me she didn't feel the need to tell me about the wreckage because it wasn't supposed to effect me. But it did. This business could be a lot better but I believe the owner is content with making excuses rather than betterment of her business.
