I'm giving this T-Mobile a 2 star rating because I was able to get help from a nice manager eventually. I walked in the store trying to get assistance with one of my T-mobile devices and I was dealt with very rudely by a woman named MiAngel, she was not at all helpful and visibly annoyed when I came in needing assistance. I do not recommend going to this establishment for help. I did not like the way I was talked down to or treated by MiAngel, good customer service is very important but is often lacking these days :|

Ms Angela and Mi angel went above and beyond what was even expected. Helped us get switched over to T-Mobile, and took care of us in every aspect. Even followed up on our account after leaving the store. Go see them, you won’t be disappointed.

Let me tell you about Nautica, go see her at T Mobile OB. Went in with questions and needing my screen protector fixed. She did allllll I asked and upgraded me to a S22 for $30. Great service by the manager too! She told me about the free galaxy watch I could activate and just pay the $10/mo fee. I left that store: informed and completely satisfiedThis is MY T-Mobile and Nautica is the girl to see!!

Went in tonight at 7:00 PM to trade in my phone, when I walked in neither sales associate seemed to eager to help me especially when I said why I was there. She immediately said something about how long it would take and when they closed… I didn’t care I wanted to see how much it would cost and wanted to trade in my phone. The wait time was horrible and I waited 30mins, to be told I couldn't complete my upgrade because my bill wasn't paid In full, isn't that something the associate would know. Completely out of iPhone! Very disappointed ?
