Last weekend (07/15), my boyfriend and I were coming to rent a weed eater because ours finally hit the dirt. I called the tool rental place here and the Stephen (I think that was his name) was SUPER helpful and put it aside for us to come and get it. Upon arrival, him and his manager (I cant remember his name) instructed us on how to get it set up and to call them if anything comes up. THAT was such wonderful customer service. Today (07/22), I walked in looking for a leaf blower and I was helped by Dwight, Dave, Michelle, Alex, and Bobbie. When I tell you, ALL of these individuals went above and beyond to assist me in getting what I needed, I MEAN IT. If you are looking to choose between Lowes and Home Depot, CHOOSE ORANGE!! We have always shopped at HD, but this type of customer service is dutifully appreciated and will have me coming back time after time for my hardware/garden needs!! Thanks Guys!!

What is the effin point of making employees wear a mask over thier ears but not covering nose and mouth at those point in time? Having an asinine rule like that not only makes HD management look as stupid as it is, but seems that they took lessons from Southwest Airlines.

It took 30 mins for home depot to release 20 bags of mulch I paid for on my credit card to someone else. I've been on hold now for over 40 mins trying to get my money credit back on my home depot card. I will be closing out my account after this

I went into the Home Depot, Olive Branch, MS just to shop for a few items. I noticed at least two patronage were shopping with their animals. When was this OK, I must have missed the memo. Some people do not love animals, especially if they are using the bathroom in the store. Some people are allergic to animals. No, these were not service animals. This angers me when people do whatever they want to in America without any consequences.

Ordered windows and once contract was signed things changed. I was told that they could do all repairs before I signed the contract. Two weeks later well past the cancellation period someone came out and told me before they would do anything I had to find and pay someone else to repair window frame. I will never use them again for anything. So disappointed

Do NOT spend your money here! They hold on to it for 6 months, never deliver your product, then tell you after 6 months the product is lost (appliances) and are rude to you when they have had almost $8,000 of your money for 6 months! Don’t use them! Support local or buy direct online from other companies! You don’t need to buy from Home Depot.

Spent a few minutes looking for an item and couldn't find it. I then went to ask an associate for assistance and she sent me to another associate. After speaking that associate I was sent to a THIRD associate who STILL didn't know where that item was. So after about 20 minutes of playing musical aisles with them we were FINALLY able to find the item that was in a completely different section. Welcome to 2021.

I reside in Southaven; so I’m closer to the Horn Lake location. This was my first time in a while visiting the Olive Branch location. This location definitely appeared to be cleaner. Although it was early; they were fully staffed with cashiers for returns and also for online pickups. The Horn Lake location is “never” fully staffed and there’s always a longggggg wait time for returns and online pickups.

Went into Home Depot Olive Branch on 4/4/21 and purchased a washer, dryer and refrigerator for our new home. Paid in full $5,000 with a Home Depot promise to have our appliances delivered on 4/17/21, this is the reason we purchased the items. After 4 re-schedules, almost a month later, no appliances have been delivered as of today 5/3/21. Home Depot relies on a "vendor" for delivery, so you pay Home Depot who pays the vendor who supposedly has the product in stock and vendor delivers. The chain link is broken somewhere because the vendor cannot come thru. Who suffers? the customer who paid in full. Spoke to the vendor who gives me no reason why the multiple reschedules have to take place, only that they can deliver next Friday 4/7, another promise. There is no reason given and that is what is disheartening. My concern is that the products aren't even in stock yet the company is continuing to take orders and collect $$. Be careful. I wouldn't want anyone to go thru what we are going thru. No washer, dryer and fridge for a month, maybe more.

I would like to say how great customer service is at this Home Depot. I have had experience with David, Kathy, and Roley at this location. I placed an online order and one piece is missing and they have been very kind and helpful about getting it. I know during these times employees are overworked and I truly appreciate their willingness to show great customer service!

Governor of Mississippi has an executive order that mask are to be worn in all retail establishments. Your Olive Branch store is not enforcing the order. It’s a blatant disregard to the Governor’s order and little regard to your customers that are supporting your business. Management needs to enforce whether they agree or disagree. I was in there tonight to buy over $200 in paint and customers everywhere with no mask. A forklift driver, your team member, had his mask around his neck.
