This place is the worst.
The lady totally butchered my toenails, cutting huge chunks off the sides and leaving stringy pieces behind, digging into my cuticles. A nightmare. My pedicure was completed in HALF the time my mother’s was, and we got the same service at the same time.
The manager gave me a whopping 20% off my pedicure lol leaving me with a $92 bill. Not a single apology. Don’t go here.

Went in for a pedicure today and the lady cut out about 1/4 of the sides of my toenails and also left chunks of toenails hanging into the sides of my cuticles. I will struggle with ingrown toenails for months now. I let the salon know about the problem and how unhappy I am with this FIFTY DOLLAR pedicure and they never even apologized. Do not come here.

They do not accept their own coupons from THEIR website. Who tf does this. Very rude. Also do not accept competitor coupons even though the website states it clearly. They did not budge and did not apologize, worst customer service ever. Plus read the other reviews the services are sub par most say.

I’m extremely picky about where I get my nails done and hands down this is the best place to get them done!!! They always give me exactly what I ask for and I really appreciate it!!! Very professional and always friendly.

Well, today was my first time in a nail salon. As a man in the US there's a bit of a stigma for guys going to get a manicure or pedicure. I went today because it was my grandma's birthday, and I wanted her to be pampered. She loves coming here, and told me the only way she was going today was if I got a Mani/Pedi too!! ?? Naturally, I couldn't refuse her.The ladies were great, and everyone in the salon got a good laugh (including me) when I jumped and started laughing because my feet are so ticklish. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the lady who took care of my pedicure, but she was outstanding! I wish I'd done this decades ago when my job was standing on my feet all night in the casino!! I promised them I'd be back again (with grandma of course, because they love her and take really good care of her), and I think this will become a regular outing. Bravo ladies!UPDATE: My feet are still just as ticklish, but the quality of service has only gotten better. We moved from O.B. to Holly Springs, and still only come here because of the excellent quality of service. A++
