Certain mail gets delivered and when you’re trying to figure out what’s going on the clerk is extremely disrespectful and very rude, she is an older woman with glasses and a bad gold/blonde wig. She doesn’t care what you’re there for and she totally disregards anything you’re saying. Very unprofessional and that why I left the postal service.

Went in to submit our Paperwork for passport application, the lady who was working on passport application told us to go home to get one document we were missing, she promised to wait for us, she knows the time it would take to drive to and for, but she promised to wait anyways. We drove as fast as we can so we can get back the soonest with the document. However, when we arrive back, even tho she was still in the office, she refused to process our passport application claiming she’s already close and then instructed the other employee to inform us to return on days that don’t work for us. Very RUDE! Unprofessional behavior. No great service. Wasted our time and effort.

I just left this post office after attempting to get my passport processed, and the experience was extremely disappointing. There’s an older, heavy-set black woman wearing a dusty synthetic wig who handles my passport appointments. Her attitude was completely uncalled for.
I believed my appointment was at 1PM, but it turns out the rescheduling didn’t go through. While I was trying to locate the confirmation email on my phone, she abruptly said, “Put your phone down, I ain’t got time for that. Where’s your ID and birth certificates at?” I was shocked but thankful that she was going to process my paperwork anyway.
She continued to make rude, unnecessary comments throughout the entire process. Once she finished attaching the photos and stamping the documents, she said, “Sign your first, middle, and last name here.” I signed the way I normally do, with my signature. She snapped, “That doesn’t say your name.” Then, she proceeded to read my name out loud in a condescending tone, going back and forth with me about nothing. When I told her that she said to sign, not print, she responded with, “Signing is connecting letters,” as if I didn’t understand the difference.
I stayed calm and quiet because I wanted the process over, but I left feeling disrespected and belittled. I’ve never dealt with someone so unprofessional while handling official government documents. It was frustrating and completely unnecessary.
If you’re going here for a passport, be prepared. I hope management takes note of this kind of behavior. This job involves public service, and no one deserves to be treated like this.

Walked in this location last week at 4:57pm. Granted they close at 5pm however I took a chance on no customers being in there only needing to grab a book of stamps. Two ladies at the register with one evidently closing/counting her drawer , and 1 customers in line being serviced. The time rolls around to 5:02pm and the guy(assuming manager) I believe his name is Larry… He comes around the corner looks at his watch and says to me, um excuse me maaam, this lady in front of you is my last customers we close at 5! Completely throwed off, I don’t say anything because of several reasons to process.. he then comes around the counter and I ask him so I’ve been standing in line and your other associates didn’t say anything, and you mean to tell me I can’t just get stamps? He looks at me and say well yeah you can get stamps. I said so if I needed more than that, you wouldn’t service me.. ? He furthermore is patting his pockets and pull out his wallet. This guy opens his wallet and get a stamp OUT OF his wallet and attempts to hand it to me. In disbelief, I tell him to keep it and turn to leave. He then blurts out well ma’am we be ready to go home too. I turn and tell him I really don’t need you to say anything to me at this point and thank you for your professionalism!! I just keep thinking Wow!! Smh

Went in at 9:15 to finish processing an address change. Paid $1.10 online to start the change. Gwendolyn very rudely said that it has nothing to do with her (even though we processed it on the USPS website and it said to bring it into into the office to get it finished). She was going to have us fill out a form that would take 14 days to process. Wouldn’t even try to scan the barcode they TELL you to show to the people at the post office.
We were filling out the form when we witnessed her being rude to another customer. We decided to take our information to another post office where they were able to process it quickly with no issue.
We did notice that she was VERY nice to another person with the same skin tone as her. Racism at its finest. All the people she was rude to were white.
She either needs to get some training or get fired, because she is WORTHLESS and has a bad attitude.

I seriously think THIS post office needs to be CLOSED or the person delivering packages to a certain location needs to be FIRED and NEVER work for any postal service EVER! It has to be the WORST in the United States for a small town. I have complained and WILL continue to escalete my concern until something is done. This is RIDICULOUS. First of all a package was ordered and the tracking said delivered in or around mail box. The package was NEVER delivered ! I called the company and they informed me thats what the mail carrier put. The mailbox is too small to put the package and I cant imagine them leaving it outside for someone to steal. I called the company and they were kind enough to resend the package but this time by Fed Ex. Delivered with no problem. About 1 month ago I mailed a package to the olive branch address and low and behold when I tracked because I could not understand WHY the package was taking 3 weeks , these clowns at the Olive Branch post office put that the package was UNDELIVERABLE they sent the package all the way to Texas and then back to me over 1000 miles away. I complained to my local post office and they printed the entire tracking paperwork. They told me to take pictures . When I received the package it WAS addressed PROPERLY name , bldg apartment EVERYTHING was on it!!!!! the package was opened and wrapped in serran wrap!!! I brought the package to my local post office and they are investigating. There has been so many problems with this post office that I am starting to believe that they are INTENYIONALLY doing what they do. My post office refunded my money for the shipping and I am filing another complaint. If there was a ZERO rating they would definitely get this. The reviews on here are DISGUSTING and people who do not know each other clearly can not be lying about the service.

We just went to have my daughter’s passport made and had the best experience. Gwendolyn Was who helped us and she was so nice and wonderful to work with!

Pathetic. Mail and packages always late or lost. Tracking comments house unreachable, or resident moved. Heavens forbid you go in, then the attitude of anger and entitlement. I see outsourcing in the near future.

Why can't my postal carrier in Plantation Lakes close my mail box. I have repeatedly left nice notes as a reminder but I guess the person gets in a hurry or just doesn't give a damn. Today my box was open and my mail was partially wet. Once she tried to tell me my box was hard to shut. This was untrue;my box is not old and works fine. Our old carrier that we had for year never did these things and you did not have to worry about not getting your mail. I'm probably wasting my breath, but it would be nice if these people took their jobs more seriously. Are you listening postal officials??????????

The person that does passports LIED to my face then told me she was done talking about it! I had everything I needed for my daughter’s passport for a DS 5525 form and the lady said I needed a notary. I called the passport office and they said that was incorrect. She also said I needed the father’s id, that was also incorrect which is the PURPOSE of the form! She wouldn’t let me show her anything and was rude when I was nice to her. This was unacceptable! Why does the passport person not know about this form? I was able to go elsewhere and get it approved!!!
