5 hours agoSo, for starters I had things pressed on me that I DID NOT WANT because they are way too overpriced in these places.I am not paying $65 for a screen protector I can get elsewhere much more cost efficient and the same quality or $45 for a charging block when I already have one.THEN I realize later that evening after arriving home and checking my receipt that I was charged a “Set up and go” fee, which I had no clue about and I would have much preferred setting my own phone up, I thought the total I was paying was strictly taxes. DECEPTIVE. NOT only was I charged this fee, my phone isn’t even working 100% and I can’t get a live person on the phone to fix it. I can’t receive phone calls and I have missed 2 1/2 hours of work this morning because of it, now I’m sitting here waiting for them to open so I can simply -go to work- to afford the things I was charged for and didn’t know about.MY other line needs an upgrade too, but it definitely will NOT be happening at this scam of an “Authorized Dealer”.

CSR at this Verizon location is very dishonest. They only care about making a sale by any means. This retailer will give false information and cheat customers out of hundreds of dollars. Save your time and money and go to other reputable stores.

RICHARD AND ARLISHA ARE AWESOME! After going to several of stores and having such a hard time, my significant other and I were able to walk into Verizon Wireless, Olive Branch, Ms location and receive the services needed in order to become a Verizon customer. Richard took his time and answered all of our questions with no problem, he made the process so much easier and smooth for us and it didn’t take long at all! I would recommend Richard and Arlisha to anyone in need of phone services! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, OUTSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!!
