Everytime I come in and try to put money on my cash app here, management is extremely rude and unhelpful. I tried to put money in today but all the manager said was "it won't let you do it" and proceeded to open up another register so she could get the customers out of the store that had lined up behind me. The only explanation I got when I asked why is "it doesn't tell us on our end". All I had to really do was refresh my barcode( I figured this out after I had returned to my car). Don't come here if you don't have to, you will not be welcomed

Horrible experience one of the worse encounters I have ever experienced at any Walgreens Pharmacy. Ashley at the pharmacy someone you should avoid by any means. I'm not sure if it's because she getting ready to Burst out her uniform.(Her uniform is tight it probably reads her blood pressure on the tag) Seriously! Her level of education & pay grade screams bad news trust me. Useless as they come and incapable of performing her duties.

I have never written a negative review before; however, I believe this is warranted. After having a prescription cancelled twice without receiving an okay from me to do so, I tried to phone the Walgreen's in Olive Branch, MS (Store #7130) on Goodman at Craft SEVEN times over a period of one hour. Each and every time I was hung up on without having spoken a word to anyone. Each time the phone WAS ANSWERED, as there were background noises and voices from the store. I know these people are busy and the pharmacy is understaffed, but someone was either purposely hanging up on me to get the call volume down or they were simply incompetent. This is VERY, VERY FRUSTRATING! As much as I don't want to, I think I might be moving to CVS.

Visited this store because it was not too far from the hotel I was staying at. It is like a convenience store, they gave what you need but you will pay more for it than other stores. The store seemed understaffed but the ones there were nice. I would go if I needed something quickly but I'd go somewhere else if I could.

Worse Walgreens ever! Customer service is horrible. Their pharmacy needs to be shutdown: I wish Tricare will bring Walmart or Kroger back and remove Walgreens. I have never experienced service this bad before.

Pharmacy is completely incompetent. Go to literally any other pharmacy! I wish I would’ve read the reviews before getting my prescriptions sent here!!!!!

Had a prescription sent to Walgreens because it was a Sunday and our regular pharmacy is closed on Sundays. So I walked into the store all the coolers are empty and open, I guess they were working on them. I get to the pharmacy and the line is super long all the way back to the coolers. There was one lady helping people in the line she was super happy and helpful and very efficient. There was a second girl the came to open a second register her name tag said "Kiana" while the line was super long she literally spent 12 minutes wiping down the register all slow and salty because she was asked to help with line. Once she finally started helping she had a terrible attitude and was really mean and unfriendly I was dreading that I would end up at her register. Thankfully I got the lady that was actually helpful. Kiana should NOT be in a position that faces the public she is a total Bi!ch an ugly personality and totally unfriendly. Honestly Walgreens has never been a store that I liked and this just reinforces that idea.

Asked the cashier if the catalina printer is working because I am expecting a register rewards to print. He had no idea what l was talking about and it wasn't working. Waited for a manager for 10 minutes just to learn she doesn't know what a register reward is even when I showed her the tag from the store shelf explaining the deal. Returned everything and left frustrated.

Wish I read the reviews before I had my prescriptions transferred over here. My regular pharmacy was out of two of my medications so I called this pharmacy at 10am to verify they had the medication before I asked my doctor to send new prescriptions to this location. I get to the pharmacy 6 hours later and they said they are out of stock. I asked can I pay out of pocket for the name brand and use a discount card. I explained this was my second time in the drive thru and I wanted to see if he would enter the discount card to tell the the price upfront so I would not have to get back in line a 3rd time. This man told me “ this is not fast food there is a process and it takes time “ I am just baffled at the response coming from a manager. You already don’t know your stock/inventory then your customer service is awful. Now I understand why so many bad reviews are left on here. I don’t even mind the 35 minutes I have to wait in line if I was treated with more care and respect. This is why I stopped using Walgreens before now i will have to stop again.

Slowest worst pharmacy ever. I dropped off a prescription and I was told fifteen to twenty minutes. I left for half an hour then came back and still ended up waiting another fifty minutes to an hour. How long does it take to put a few pills in a bottle.

Either they need to update their hours, or the manager needs to tell their employees to stop locking the doors early. A few weeks ago I went an hour before google said this location closed, doors were locked & the employees just stared at me while chit chatting. I needed to get my 8 month old baby medicine as she had the flu. Two nights ago I went, 30 minutes before closing for diapers. Same deal. Doors locked. Employees just standing at a register chit chatting. Super annoying.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Worst customer service. Was told it would take an hour for my daughters medicine to be ready. Go to pick it up and they didn’t know how to put my insurance information in the computer or something because they were saying my daughter wasn’t covered and she is i know that for a fact. Had a similar experience with my other daughters medication. I’ve witnessed them eating in there from the drive thru. Can hardly ever get anyone on the phone. We are switching pharmacies. 10/10 don’t recommend this place.
