I was wondering why people hated this Pharmacy rude workers lost my sons prescription and left my call on hold for 30 minutes each time. NEVER GO TO THIS PHARMACY.

This place is a joke, I don't know what changes we're made but the staff is awful!!! I am sorry to say but will not shop at a place where they get rid of good employees to bring in I don't even know how to describe them I will take my business else where good jobWalgreens you are loosing customer'shope you are happy

I requested refill online , got message through email it was received. I went to pick it up through drive thru, 12-14-23, I thought this would be a quick trip, get to my turn finally at drive through and was told it was not in the system, they dont know what happen but I had to come back-waisted lunch break. Go back the next day 12/15/23, I see no cars in drive thru and I hurried inside no one at the counter but me I was so elated and said to myself, I am lucky-this rarely happens, I go up to the counter. I'm waiting and waiting, everyone is doing there on thing. So I lay my keys down on the counter hoping I get someone attention, few mins later someone says, "someone will be right with you.: I am waiting, and waiting no help...5-7mins go by, nothing. Keep in mind I am the only customer in pharmacy.. Finally the lady says who is working the front. Another lady says I will get it but I am going on to lunch, she then have me wait another 3mins before she checks me out. I ask for my meds and asked ma'am is this vitamin e buy one get one free, she says I dont know if its not a sign out there, I said it said so online, she says well you may have to take it up front. First of all the product is in the pharmacy can you not do a price check? or is that asking alittle bit to much. I would hate for you to miss your lunch break because I surely missed mine...Oh and after I gave her the side eye, she scan the vitamin e and of course it was buy one get one free....smh...GET IT together WALGREENS!

Absolutely the worse place to get prescription filled. They have poor communication. Spoke with shelly and she was absolute no assistance none whatsoever. Would not recommend at all

Absolute WORST pharmacy their employees are EXTREMELY RUDE! Went to fill a prescription after surgery just walked out the hospital and I told the boy I didn’t want the Rx for $300 he didn’t listen CHARGED ME THE $300 when I said I just told you I didn’t want that one he accused me of RACISM in front of EVERYONE literally over a prescription he put on there that charged me and I asked him to remove it! I GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE…. just got off the phone with a female who literally tells me I keep putting in a prescription that’s already being filled when the app told me I needed to call??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️. DONE WITH THIS WALGREENS AND I WORK FOR A HUGE SURGEONS OFFICE ABD WILL BE LETTING ALL MY PHYSICIANS AND PATIENTS KNOW OF MY EXPERIENCE!

The store itself 4/5 starsThe stars.Store was well staffed, clean and the checkout line went quick.The pharmacy on the other hand was staffed however was super slow. Called there after my wife’s surgery and they said her medication would be ready within an hour this was at 11am. I showed up at noon and was told by one of the employees that it wouldn’t be ready now until 1pm. So I waited until they called my name. They handed me the meds didn’t tell me at all how to use them and on top of all that failed to mention that they just decided not to give me the pain meds. Which I didnt realize until I got all the way home due to the bag being sealed. So I had to go back and ask them why.I get that the instructions are on the bag but to just fail to mention that I wasn’t getting all the meds I was prescribed? Super unprofessional.

I have been into Walgreens at Goodman & Craft for the very last time. I ordered my RX online. It was supposed to be ready after 2:00pm. When I went to pick it up I was in the drive-thru for 30 minutes only to be told that they had no record of it. I couldn't find the confirmation on my phone and I thought maybe I was mistaken so I went back home, found the conformation and tried to call. I waited on the phone behind other callers for 1 hr / 57 min. When they tried to answer they accidentally hung up on me. At this point I had lost approx. 2 hrs / 30 min total. I got in my car and went there, sat at the drive-thru approx. 30 more minutes and showed the tech the confirmation on my phone. He told me that I can pick it up the next day after 12:00pm. So after work, around 7:00pm, I'm sitting back in the drive thru another 30 minutes for the girl to tell me its not ready yet, so now I'm down approx 3 hrs / 30 mins trying to get this prescription. It was blood pressure medication. Now I've been without it for 2 days and my ears were ringing. I went back after dinner, sat in the drive thru again about 15 min and finally got my RX. It's just not right. What is going on? I get mad every time I go there. Almost 4 hours of wait time! I wish I could give them -minus- stars.

This is totally ridiculous had to wait an hour in drive thru ! After told it would be 20 -15 mins . No upper management team provided an apology for the inconvenience of waiting that long for a prescription. I see serval reviews about this issue . I mean each car ahead takes 35-45 mins. I will be for sure switching my location for pick up !!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY AT ALL !!!!!!

This place takes an hour or more to stand inline or at the drive thru for your medicine. Horrible place. The girl at the counter smacked her lips at me because I wouldn't say out loud, my full name address and date of birth. I told her I would write it down . I'm definitely transferring my meds OUT

Dr. Shelley at the pharmacy is the worst. She was rude and hateful, and she was not helpful at all. She was complaining about other patients and customers loudly and openly, and she discredited the pharmacist I had worked with the day before.

This is one of the SORRIEST Walgreens I EVER dealt with! It's ALWAYS something when it comes to me picking up my prescriptions for me or my family members. This time picking up my husband he just got out the hospital. Got a message saying his medication going to be ready at 6:55pm. I goes through the drive thru at 7:59pm the young lady tells me it's not ready come back in a hour. Huh? No I need for you to get my order ready please. This Walgreens stresses me out I can't take them no more. In their pharmacy department it is always somebody new. They can't keep nobody there to work with this particular store. My family and I will be going back to Krogers. I should not never left.

This location is horrible. You order your prescriptions days in advance and when you get there after waiting in line for over 30 mins while the rudest employees laugh and talk to each other and the prescriptions aren’t ready. Slowest service ever! They zero no stars!
