I've had xfinity internet for 6 years. I brought 5 cell phone lines over 7 months ago and the internet stopped working. I've spent countless hours trying to trouble shoot while making my monthly payments. They told me they would only credit my account once it was fixed. They found the line at the street was the issue. Fixed it, then after I called them....credited my account 60$ when I had to pay $300. My internet still doesn't work anywhere except for in 2 rooms closest to the router. They will have me trouble shooting for hours to escilate to a "higher department" schedule a technician, and a call back. I never receive the call back, then a message saying they have canceled the appointment. This has been going on for 7 months. They are scamming people out of money. I have paid for a service I don't receive that hasn't been resolved for 7 months. Also the corporate number online is just advanced technical support. They will tell me to just keep trying and eventually my call may be rerouted to corporate so I can make my complaint. This is unacceptable and I'm warning anyone considering using this company. They will take your money and in return you'll sit on the phone for at least an hour for nothing to be resolved. They also will tell me to go to the store. I will, take a number. Sit for an hour waiting to speak with someone for them to tell me they don't deal with that at the store. It's been a goose chase, while they take my money. I've been on hold for 41 minutes just to cancel my services today. I'm sure by the time someone answers, it will be the main menu like usual. Save yourself a lot of money and stress by using any other company. Xfinity is terrible.

I visited the Xfinity store showroom and was greeted by 3 lovely ladies asking to assist me. I had a real problem with my new Samsung phone not letting me review some pictures and texts sent to me. It was very aggravating to me and the sender for I asked them to resend a few times. I left there being assisted but my phone still had same problem even after I was told to call trouble shooting department I decided to cancel my mobile services but keep my internet and alarm services with Xfinity.

OK so this seems to be the only way to get help in this situation so here we are. I have had xfinity phone service for 04/04/2023 and it has been one of the most frustrating situations I've been in. My phone is constantly show ? for my signal and I can barely ever send and recieve texts and I cant get photos.I have called xfinity " customer service" over 10 times at this point. They always tell me they rest something or to go get my phone a diagnostic(which I had done and they told me it was xfinitys fault). I'm over it at this point. Either this needs to be fixed or I'm canceling my service.

The Xfinity stores are useless for existing customers. They can't help you with anything besides new services and accepting return equipment.
They will accept your returns, make sure you get a receipt, or it will not apply to your account, and Xfinity will keep charging you.

The girl was very patient, trying to transfer two phone numbers. One was from straight talk, and it started with talking with technical support on Tuesday, and they messed up my phone service, which caused me to not have phone service for over 24 hour.
Now, back to the young lady who helped us today. I wound up buying a new phone instead of bringing my own phone.
The second phone was a government phone through QLink. She had no problem with that phone, which he got for free it's a GOOGLE PIXLE 8. Nice phone.
And we traded in our old modem we've had since 2019.
We got home. I had no trouble setting up our modem.

Not great customer service. Lady was bringing other customers up to the counter. While I was trying to sort my account out. Not a comfortable visit.
