Tuesda, she did a great job of taking care of my needs, very nice and patient. I came when they had some money saving sales, had to replace my phone I purchased off ebay, no more buying electronics from them, it's been Nothing but horror experiences, I bought a phone, laptop, watch, smh, not wasting anymore money or time, I'll just find da best buy locally from now on? Tuesda, she did an excellent job, very patient, tecnically, knowledgeable, she complimented me on my technical knowledge, I thanked her for the compliment too. I been wanting a phone watch by Samsung, got it for a $100 off.All in all, New phone works great, the defective phone I had, going in trash, Thanks,Tuesday an Infinity, great experience. Great service.When I need a phone upgrade, I know where to go, I'll be back⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Went to the store to return my box, because the service in my area wasnt very good. Customer service in the store was a little slow but good.

Sitting and waiting, watching Sunday evening football , this store is nice. The only people complaining are either lazy , impatient or entitled. They have to check you in before they help you. If you can't wait then go to UPS, nobody is making you all shop here lol. Daniel is awesome and so is Ms Ashley !!!

switched to cspire because I was paying for a service that didn't even work half the time and when I called to switch my wifi, they didn't cancel my wifi until a month and a half after I called and told them to cancel it. they are now expecting me to pay a bill for something I cancelled a month and a half ago. I switched my phones yesterday to cspire too and was told it would be no problem and that I could switch services even tho I have payments on the account and they that would still be on autopay like normal even with a different service.....I asked three different agents this and they all said no problem. I switched and my phone got locked and am told oh well by xfinity because I now need to pay it off and I can't switch the service back because I don't have xfinity wifi. I am out of $230 and in order to use my phone, I have to pay $600 to xfinity. called and played back the lies because I recorded everything and they said that they have clearly misinformed me and that the device would be cancelled and the payments waived due to this inconvenience...yay right? wrong! they lied...not surprised. so now I have a useless phone and no service. I hate xfinity. in will be dropping off the equipment and the phone to them and im not waiting in the line as they have wasted enough of my time

I spoke with 8 other agent's for the past 2 days. And they even sent me to a local store I had to use a Uber to get there and I'm disable the store sent me back home to speak to an agent but today was my 3rd time trying and I spoke with Mr Mark and he was awesome!!! I had moved to a new resident and they said it was working their but it wasn't but Mr Mark took the time to help me with my services and it started working I was so happy...they need more agent's like Mr. Mark

Was told I couldn't drop my cable boxes off, even though my name was on the acct as a manager. Said I could drop them off at UPS. naw.... I called the rep and told them i was bringing them back cause I knew the moment I took Them to UPS they would come up missing and I'd never see my refund. Same song and dance with xfinity.

Xifinity in Olive Branch has been my least favorite service to be a customer of. This location matches every disappointment I’ve experienced with them. The assistant manager just talks over you and is unprofessional. Cspire anyone? ?

If I could give a 0 I absolutely would. I had the worst customer service experience I have had in quite a while at the Olive Branch location. I interacted with an assistant manager and she was terribly rude and unwilling to show any empathy. First off let me say that we have had an account since the 1980s when the company was named Cablevision so almost 40 years. The past few years our bill averaged about $300 per month. So over the years we have been loyal customers and never been late paying a bill. Recently Xfinity contacted me saying the equipment we had would soon be obsolete and needed to be replaced so I opted to have new boxes shipped to the house. There was information in the boxes directing me to turn the old equipment in at any Xfinity retail location. I even visited the Xfinity website where it clearly states that "anyone " can turn in old equipment. First off let me say that my mother is 87 years old and she suffers with dementia. She was recently relocated to a assisted living memory care facility. The account is in her name however I act as her POA. When I presented the old equipment the assistant manager scanned one of the boxes and asked "where is Jackie?" I explained that my mother is no longer able to conduct business and that I was the POA. She rudely asked "Where is the paperwork" which I didn't have. I didn't bring it because the website said I didn't need it. I explained to her that the website stated that anyone could turn in old equipment to which she replied, "well the website is wrong ". I guess that was my fault. She then dismissed me to a UPS store to turn in the equipment where they asked not one question????? I will say this ...... I will never in this lifetime give another red cent to Xfinity as long as I live. I will make sure everyone I know friends and family know how Xfinity treats its most loyal customers and encourage them to spend their hard earned money with people that truly value their business. Today there are so many options.......

This location is absolutely HORRIBLE & I only stopped by because my issue wasn’t being solved over the phone. However, the representative, Karmalyta, is absolutely deceitful and misinformative along with management. Her attitude absolutely STINKS!!!! She’s so evil, she took it upon herself to say that I’m not allowed to cancel services after she was informed about her nonsense (lack of knowledge/lies) regarding my bill. She appears to be not properly trained and should not be half assisting customers all the while being spiteful. KARMALYTA asked me not to leave a bad review, the lady is delusional & lacks knowledge, concern, and compassion. How dare you all give a piss poor excuse as to why I’m not allowed to cancel my service AFTER horrible customer service was provided by Karmalyta. Services absolutely suck and the bill is always extremely high (ridiculous). Everyone gives a different answer to a concern but they’re never really concerned or solve the issue. They only lie in order to get you off of the phone or out of the store. Customers should NOT be treated in this manner. It literally took a little over a year in order for services to work properly after one thousand clueless technicians came out. This is so frustrating and after years of dealing with shenanigans, I’d rather not. You all deserve a zero rating. Do better Xfinity!!!!

The store was of no use to me at all. They could not exchange the wifi cable box I took with me as it was not working. Told me I had to call and have one shipped to me. Well I'm sure everyone knows how that went. I do not recommend xifinity/ comcast to anyone, and will never use them again.

The service was great. Very pleasant host, took care of all my questions. Prompt a very helpful. A good experience, compared to other companies. I m a regular customer so they were not Gaia new customer.

Have to agree with most of the people on here. I've used Xfinity for years, but over the past 6 months the service has gotten so bad that it's almost unusable. And working from home, it doesn't meet the needs any more. And when you try to get assistance, all you get is this stupid Xfinity Assistant chat function which is absolutely useless! How many times do I need to reboot my equipment with no success, it just comes back and works when they finally figure out *they* have a problem.Seeing the response below this, I just had to say "ARE YOU KIDDING ME???, did you not see my comment about the "Xfinity Assistant"!!!
