So unprofessional to be a public business I called not even an hour ago to get a price of brakes the so called manager answered the phone as if he was answering his personal phone didn’t say his name or anything just hello had the worst attitude ever also hung up in my face twice because I asked for corporate number whoever this guy is need to learn some customer service skills bad look on advance auto

Every time I go in this advanced auto the service is awesome, I gave 4 stars because here lately when I am looking for my specific needed items I have been finding out that Advanced Auto has higher costs on a lot of their items that a couple of the other Auto Parts Stores in oxford, which for me is a sad thing because I have always perfered Advance Auto over the other Auto parts storess.

oscar was by far the sweetest & most helpful employee i’ve ever interacted with at any auto store. i’ve had problems with my back hitch for months now and he was very willing to help with the problem! give this man a raise !

I watched 2 employees stand and watch a guy going in, carrying a car battery, wrestle the door open. They just stood next to the door and watched. Nice manners.

The store was clean and did not overly smell of car parts which is interesting. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. We did not spend a lot of time waiting.

I stopped in yesterday because I was experiencing a red battery light on my dashboard. The lady who I unfortunately did not catch her name came right out and tested my computer, battery, and alternator for free with no questions asked!

I stood in line for 20 minutes, out of three employees, one Oskar was a manager, he deliberately did not make eye contact with me, not even a we will be right with you. Nothing. Ignored. When I told him I was writing this he started making excuses saying one employee was new, I was busy, etc. will definitely not be returning. Amanda went to look for the part and forgot the part number then came back and got sent to look again, still didn’t find it. Awful service I used to work for this company I know how it’s supposed to go.
