Eon did a great job.She tried everything, and she finally got my phone back up a working right. She made sure I was able to use my phone before I left. I was not able to receive incoming calls , outgoing calls , nor could I use my internet data. Thank you so much for fixing my phone Eon! I have to have my phone for school, when I'm very busy and need to access it on my phone. I can do that anywhere. I was not able to access anything. It is working great now. Thank you again.

These 5 stars are for the salesman Tyson ONLY!! When I walked in no one greeted me. I felt so out of place. The guy who looked like he was the manager didn’t have anyone at his table didn’t bother to help or smile when I came in. I was about to walk out until the gentleman Tyson came over. He stated he had a customer currently but when he finish up he would gladly help me. That’s all it took to make a difference!!Customer service is very important. The other staff should take lessons from Mr. Tyson!!

Was mislead by store representative causing a increase in my bill when I was assured it wouldn't. Store manager was unhelpful. Had to have an att corporate store correct situation.
