“7/24/2025. Took a chance and went to the Service Dept. My driver side visor came off and I needed it fixed. They had to order a part and I went back on 7/24/2025 and got the visor fixed. Very friendly staff, Pam did call to tell me the part was in. They made an unpleasant situation pleasant. Thank you Oxford Toyota for a caring staff.
We were only going to look, but we wound up purchasing a vehicle. Pam was very helpful and knowledgeable. Then we went to Tim's office. Very polite and explained every detail to us. Now to see how the service department will be. Thank you.

“Super helpful! The manager don't know their name but they had long brownish hair and glasses, they were so informative. We constantly have headlights go out and they gave us some grease to put on the bulb to help with longevity! No other place in town is doing stuff like that! Highly recommend!”

1. Payment was wrong: someone else paid for my service and they had to redo it.
2. The summary of what they did to my car inaccurately reflects what they did.”
