I just took delivery of a 2024 Bronco Wildtrak from Belk Ford by Simon Corson. Simon was extremely professional and customer focused throughout the purchase and delivery process as were all other Belk Ford staff. It is extremely likely I will recommend friends and family to Belk Ford in Oxford MS!

My daughter took her Lincoln in for recalls. Was told they don't do recall work on Lincoln. It's Ford Motor Co! They should honor the recall and warranty work. I was told by the Service Manager it was the owners decision not to perform the work. Bad business in my opinion. Seems like Ford would do something about this. Closest place is over 30 miles away. Belk Ford owners should reconsider their policy.

The service department is slower than usual due to supply issues. As we all are. They could have better communication with customers on estimates.The sales team is amazing. They drove over 45 minutes to show me vehicles and take care of me.While service had my truck.If service could improve, they would be a 5 star dealership.

I love how I am treated when I enter Belk Ford . They treat me with respect. I spent a lot of money on my Ford explorer. I take care of this vehicle like it’s a baby. They quickly take care of all my needs . I would never consider going anywhere else for service.

Great customer service and never felt pressured and they did everything they could to help me , you should if your in the car market or just wanting to sell your vehicle outright then I suggest you check out Belk Ford in Oxford Mississippi.

Absolute scammers and completely incompetent. They will say anything and everything to charge more whether it's true or not. All the while, they hardly even glance at your vehicle. If you have to go here, get a second opinion or bring your own mechanic to double-check their quotes and work.

It's always a little dicey buying a car particularly when it's over an hour drive from you. I called about a car they had. They said they still had it but I have heard that before. They actually did have it when I arrived. The salesman was most helpful. I asked to be able to drive it home to see how it did on the road and to get it checked out. They said I could. It drove really well and was in really good shape for a 2015 model. It checked out okay. I decided to buy it and did most of the work over the phone. When I arrived I had to see the business manager which can be a hard thing sometimes. In this case, he asked if I wanted the extended warranty. I declined and we moved straight to the close. In and out of there in about 5 minutes. Great experience for me and thanks to Taylor who helped me buy the car.

Excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE MR HAMMONS, TIM, RICKEY..ALL HANDLED my purchase and concerns as if we WERE FAMILY! A 2 -3 week process (I was the hold up) but they all made me feel like today was the first day we meet and made me feel like they understood ME AND MY FAMILY's NEEDS! ❤️❤️❤️

My Expedition saith on 30 k miles quit working and had to be towed to Belk. The service guy who answered the phone told me it would be days before my Expedition would be looked at. I called back later to check on a loaner car. I was told there was a very long wait list. When I explained I was a single mother with three kids and needed transportation. I was told “so does everyone else.” My children’s father called the next day. He was told he was first to call when a loaner became available. My expedition was fixed the next day. I felt ver discriminated against because I was female. My vehicle still doesn’t even run smoothly.

Service department doesn't tell you the whole story and steals your property Brought my truck in on a Monday morning for a transmission fault, service manager told me that they'd call me that afternoon or the next day with a diagnosis. Two weeks later after multiple calls and visits to the service department I was finally informed that they never inspected it and it wasn't going to be inspected for another 2-6 weeks. I picked up my truck and drove it to another dealership that had it diagnosed the next day and a new transmission in 3 days. On top of being lead on and told multiple times that it would be looked at that day or the next and never following through I had a Milwaukee tool box locked in the bed of my truck under a bed cover. after a week in the shop I needed my thousands of dollars in tools. To my surprise my entire tool kit was missing. I confronted the service manager and he said it wasn't their responsibility for property stolen from my vehicle that you can only get to with the keys. I filed a police report and with approximately $1200 in tools being stolen it is a felony level. the deputy at the Oxford police department told me that there was a dozen reports of stolen property from vehicles at belk. Investigators are going there this week to pull security footage

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is so shady. They'll quote you on a price one day and if you call back and ask about THE EXACT SAME THING they'll give you a hiked price. They also break parts on your car just so they can charge extra to fix the parts THEY broke. They'll also charge you 200 dollars call it it a diagnostic fee but that's not even the price of the diagnostic fee. FORD is trash do yourself a favor, save some money, avoid a headache and go with Chevy.
