“In the extreme heat this week, the rear-view mirror in my Subaru fell off when the adhesive oozed down and dried immediately. I called around to places I thought could help me, including the Subaru dealership, and the response I got was universal, "I've never heard of that happening before." Then my husband suggested I call Oxford Glass, which I did, and after 4 days of tracking down an answer, Oxford Glass/Windshield Magician told me to bring it in and the fix would be no problem. When I arrived, the technician, "Ace," got right on the job (he's been doing this for over 30 years) and completed the work in less than 10 minutes, at NO charge! All of the staff was so courteous and kind and helpful that I came home and wrote this review before doing anything else. Highly recommend!”

““More Than Reliable” should be the name for Reliable Glass, LLC. When arriving for a front window replacement, the crew explained the glass had been damaged during transport to their facility. Another would be dispatched to their Northern Oxford location with our approval. If they were less than professional, the bad glass could have been used to replace the current front windshield, and we would not have known. There was no way that team could do such a thing; their spirit is in their work. So we returned the next morning , and they had the glass prepped to install, all the while explaining details. We stepped out for a quick breakfast, and they had finished the two hour or so installation in an hour. So we were ready to go. Explanations were given on how to close a door when there is new glass; got it. Reliable Glass even found ways to trim our estimated costs, for which we were grateful. We want no more broken windshields on our SUV, but if it occurs, Reliable Glass LLC will be our first call.”
