Cornelius was super knowledgable, friendly, calm, & helpful in arranging a 1-way pick-up for me to drive to St Louis. The young woman on duty when I arrived advised they were out of compact cars, so I received a courtesy upgrade to a large SUV, which I truly needed for all the stuff I was moving.
