“I had a very unique request when I visited the HD in Oxford. I had searched everywhere for a box large enough to ship a bouncy house in but had not luck. So I was doubtful that HD could help me either. I asked a very polite and patient employee by the name of Roy if he might have any suggestions for what I could do. He checked the entire supply of boxes available and decided there was not one large enough for my item. He suggested and showed me how to take two of the largest boxes they had and make it into one.
