Kroger has a large selection of high-quality produce and meat. It has a nice selection of other goods. Unfortunately, the bathrooms are always disgusting and the self-checkout line is so inconveniently close to isles that you are dodging foot traffic even if you're only waiting behind one person. Even during the summer season, without the excuse of college kids, it wasn't functional and clean enough. I moved the toilet paper off the broken dispenser because there was some type of brown substance on the bottom it was rubbing onto when it spun. This isn't a one off either. The bathrooms have looked something like this for months.

I’ve purchased chicken and ground beef here numerous times which was already spoiled when I went to use it same day. Despite the expiration on the package being days to a week or more out. I’m not certain if Kroger is receiving the items already spoiled or if they’re putting wrong dates on expired food and selling it. I purchased ground beef that was red on the outer parts but the inside was rotten. So it appeared they wrapped rotten meat with more fresh meat and packaged it for selling. Food is expensive as is and it’s disappointing this has happened to me 3-4 times in the past few weeks.

I don't care for this store at all. So many items didn't ring up the sale price that was listed. I was too busy putting my items up for the checker to notice at the time. This happens each time I go there. I won't go back unless I absolutely have to. The prices are very high already so they should make sure the sale items ring up as they should. The employees are very nice and helpful though.

Kevin at money service was extremely disrespectful on the phone and even screamed at me and a young lady who tried calling to ask the question…when we asked to speak to a manager he put us on hold and never connected us with anyone…

I like this kroger. They have good deals but majority of the workers really dont know anything.
The first time i came here, the employees didnt know the time customer service opens up.
The second time, i went to buy food, I rung an item up and the price was different. I found out the worker put the item in a wrong spot.
The third time i came here,an associate told me you cant get a refund on a money order from western union. I called western union and you can get a refund. You just have submit everything online.
I dont think this kroger is training its people. All the associates seem lost on certain things. Anyhow, the review would be higher because its a good store. Its just the workers are not sure on things.
