“I started going to UPS after trying pack mail and absolutely hating it. The staff inside the store could not be nicer and always greeted me by name every time I would come in to pick up a package, which was quite often. Any reviews that say anything negative should directly reflect on the person posting the review and not the service they were given because I exclusively received excellent service every time I was there for the year and a half I rented my PO Box. Highly recommend to any student looking for a reliable place to send and receive packages.”
