We relocated to Oxford almost a year ago and needed to have our mail and packages sent somewhere while our house was being built. From the first phone call to inquire about getting a box at PakMail until the last day of our membership when we no longer needed the service, every member of the staff was fantastic! They quickly recognized me and would greet me by name and immediately go to my box and get my mail. We had a ridiculous amount of packages sent there so I know we were high maintenance customers. But they were always kind and helpful and would loan me the dolly or even help me out to my car with the heavy stuff. We appreciate Randy and his wonderful staff and would highly recommend using this PakMail location!

The workers and manager are all very friendly and help me with whatever problems I have. They are also very efficient, they scan in my 50 pre paid labels in about 5 minutes and give me a receipt. Overall amazing experience and I have been using them for package drop off for 3+ years

READ THIS. My grandma and mother sent me money through cards and letters during the semester and I never received them. I have gotten all my other packages except for money, it has been rumored that the employees have been stealing cards with cash. Tons of my friends have reported the same crime. WHO WOULD STEAL MY MIMI’s MONEY.... shame on u

They charged me $132.42 for for sending a documents by DHL. I came back home and checked on a quote on DHL website for the same weight, and dimensions, it was just $79. Never visiting them again!

I can not thank Randy at Pak Mail enough! He messaged me on Facebook saying he had found my old high school class ring (that had been lost since 2009) while cleaning out old drawers. He went above and beyond finding me and getting my ring back to me! I can only imagine what he would do if I was In store and needed help. 10/10 will stop by when I’m back in Oxford! Thanks again Randy!
