I walked in with a full set w two other girls and we were all 3 in and out pretty quickly. My nails always look good when I get them done here! 5 stars will absolutely be back!!

Such a great experience! The lady did my nails was warm and welcoming, and my nails turned out nice. Relaxing and clean. I’ll definitely be back!

Very rude! I came in for a full set “Duck nails frenchies with rhinestones” because she couldn’t do them she insisted I got square shape telling me what she think will look good when I’m paying her for what I WANT! She then take the nails off and started talking in they language all I kept hearing was duck nails then she go to say you can go sit over there someone will get you! I’m like what’s wrong? She then get the next customer as I’m sitting waiting for whoever the next person to get me I was still waiting and everybody was getting seated but me! I really liked this place I drive a hour to come here cause I thought they was great but after today I will NEVER!!

There was a guy who cut 3 nails crooked on my left foot & corrected the nails by cutting 2 more times til there no length left on my nail to paint.
I also asked for straight(sharp) - He gave me square round.
I also asked for deep French- he tried to give me a regular French tip until I stopped him.
Then a woman came over to fix his mistakes so aggressively (As I told the owner, I have videos and instead of watching the video Someone came over to make excuses/fake apologies for her actions.)
She was so aggressive that I was bleeding.
Edit: The first visit was extremely pleasant. Ryan and Celine were AMAZING!

I got a full set on Nov 21/22 right before thanksgiving. I came back for a fill in Dec 14 so roughly 2-3 weeks later (I paid $50 for solid color and fill in) . Dec 15th my gel polish started chipping and peeling from small movements like buttoning a jacket, etc. I couldn’t make it to them to fix them due to me traveling out of town that day, so I had to wait until the following week. By then, several nails were peeled and acrylic was chipping. I got back in town and went back to “ get them fixed” however the next day, they were peeling and messing up again. Now when I back, it’s my fault and they claim to have done me “ so many favors”. Yet, they didn’t get it correct the first time and expect me and others to consistently pay them $50-60 just for them to chip and peel the next day. The attitude from the lady who sits near the checkout counter is terrible and she needs to learn better business etiquette and how to deal with her mess ups within a business.

they did awful the first time, way too chunky. i asked for a refund and they said "when you get mcdonald's and you don't like the food do you get a refund" i then came back up and got them fixed and they literally SOMEHOW made it worse. i am in awe like girl what ? the pink nails are the first time and white nails are the second. the third pic is the inspo

I do not recommend this nail salon at all. I got a pedicure that lasted under 15 minutes and all she did was cut my nails and paint them.. didn't even put in a clear top coat. They were incredibly rude and charged me $35 for practically nothing. I would give no stars if yelp would allow me.

I’ve tried this nail salon twice and both times have had issues with my nails. I recently tried them again, about a week ago I got my nails done and 3 have already chipped and 4 are almost completely lifted. Save your money and time and try elsewhere

Don’t go to pro nails in Oxford! I went and got my Halloween nails and not gonna lie was super excited they looked awesome. Well within a week 4 have completely come off. Before the woman spoke to me she mumbled something under her breath about Tupelo and anything can happen in a week which still makes no sense. Asked her to get them repaired and was told no they don’t that basically you get what you get. But if I wanted to sit and wait they might can look at them in a while. Not fix them look at them. Mind you they had employees just hanging out and many open tables so can’t blame it on no staff. Spent well over $140 there. I will never go back. To say I am upset is an understatement. Not like I can just go get them done again. Tried to save time and get them done closer to work but instead I got royally screwed. Should be a warning when you cannot leave a review on their page. Should have looked them up first cause there are hundreds of terrible post about them.
