Barely gives you any meat then when you try to buy extra they won’t let you. Rice is always undercooked to hell.

FOOD POISONING!!! Do not EVER eat here!! I'm a transfer student to Ole Miss and this was my first time eating here. I love south depo taco on the square and was expecting a similar experience. I got a bowl with the shredded beef and the queso cheese. I maybe ate half the bowl before I started to feel not so good. I drove back to my apartment and have been terribly sick. I ate here on a Tuesday and I'm still sick on Sunday. I've been to multiple doctors who all agree it's food poisoning. This is the worst sickness I've ever had, and that's no exaggeration. If you are a student here or someone just on campus, please do not eat here for your own safety and health.

If i could give 0 stars I would. The service was absolutely terrible and the attitude from the workers was ridiculous. They were out of everything and wouldn’t get more stuff from the back. Beyond disappointed.

I’ve been eating at this place for last 5 years and love me some rice bowl. This year the staff working here is terrible especially the lady with long hair at the food section. I asked her for extra rice today she said that she can’t and was very mean. Just dumping food and throwing things in my bowl. Y’all need to train your staff better ppl working here this year is just rude and bad. What happened? The old lady who used to work here last year was so nice! The food portion is bad for $9 not even half the bowl and they don’t listen. Very Disappointed

Usually a pretty consistent wait time of about 10 minutes, but can be up to 20 if the line is really long. The only negative things are that they tend to be out of at least one item all of the time and I have found hair in my queso. The workers are nice and I consistently enjoy this option for a quick meal when I'm in a rush.

Prices have increased and portions have shrunk. They're also constantly out of certain ingredients, which is why you should always look to see what they have before starting an order. Don't waste your money

The portions are getting worse. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. It did not even go to the top. There were no fajita vegetables, either. I normally order online through the Starship. Glad I didn't today. The rice was undercooked. I guess I will start choosing Panda Express for my meals.

The rice is never cooked right, it’s always crunchy, portions for the meats are too small when we’re paying that much for a burrito and or bowl, workers don’t really care about food quality or good service

The food is good but the portions have gotten worse recently. My last irder was a burrito bowl and I got maybe a spoonful of rice. About the same as much beef and cheese. At together I dont think it even covered the bottom of the bowl. I know they aren't going to pack it to the brim but that bowl wasnt even close to half full. I asked if I could have more rice and the girl just shrugged and said it'd be extra. For what was already maybe one spoonful of rice. The only thing they didn't skimp on was sour cream lol.It took me about 5 mins to eat the whole thing, not because I was starving but because there wasn't hardly anything there. Not worth the 10.99 they charged for it - I'd get a better deal at freaking Chipotle.

They have extremely small portion sizes. This isn't exaggeration. There are better choices here if you are hungry.

What is this? Paying for extra meats barely any meats in my bowl. Don’t even look like meat I order online . Instead they give me extra rice ??? Spend $25 for 2 bowls . The worst qdoba store I ever visit .
