“Gate code on contract didn’t work and lot is so tight it’s very difficult to get a truck and trailer to the unit. Driveway to the gate is very short and truck and trailer stick out in road while trying to get gate open.
But lot is clean, unit was very clean, customer service on weekend gave immediate new temp code that worked, customer service Monday morning texted new permanent code without me even calling about it, was able to get unit and sign contract and pay over the phone, monthly billing and no contract is good, clearly understood English speaking American customer service reps.”

“The unit was clean and easy to access. It is all automated but still easy to use. Only note is when you are searching for your unit make sure you just put in your street in which you rented. Otherwise, it takes you to the closest My Oxford storage and there are several. I will definitely use again.”
