Used to be they staffed very knowledgeable employees, the kind that really knew about products....not anymore. I felt I was bothering them actually, it was uncomfortable and I'd buy my paint elsewhere but I like SW paints.

Andy Bailey was amazing. He is so personable, knowledgeable and professional. I wish every employee I dealt with everywhere was like him.

Been seeking disinfectant spray for months. Who would have guessed Sherwin's would sell it. Salesmen were helpful & polite. Great service.
