I started going to UPS after trying pack mail and absolutely hating it. The staff inside the store could not be nicer and always greeted me by name every time I would come in to pick up a package, which was quite often. Any reviews that say anything negative should directly reflect on the person posting the review and not the service they were given because I exclusively received excellent service every time I was there for the year and a half I rented my PO Box. Highly recommend to any student looking for a reliable place to send and receive packages.

Closed during normal business hours. No holiday just a normal business day and they were closed. No explanation states as to why they were closed during business hours.

No greeting. Four people working. Stood in line 10 minutes. Only one in line. When I spoke up, I was greeted with eye rolls. One girl had food handout her mouth while wrapping something. Disgusting

People here are nice, (and the only reason I didn't give this store a 1 star review) but this UPS store's policies for Amazon packages are outdated and self-serving. I have been charged nearly $4 for printing return labels (no other UPS stores I have been to do that anymore) and for packaging material like tape (again, no other UPS stores I have been to do that anymore). It's unfortunate that this is really the only Amazon package shipper in the city. Thought I'd never hear myself say it, but this store makes me wish Oxford had a Kohl's.
