I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a friend lose very important information by this establishment. The lady there said it was “picked up by another person” when it was supposed to be sent to her place of work. Why was it picked up at usps in the first place??? Please someone help this business. I am so upset!

I have had countless packages misplaced/lost. They will bring packages to my house half the time. The other Half I’ll get a message saying it couldn’t be delivered due to some circumstance, and I’ll have to go up there and wait in line to pick it up. It’s unfortunately very obvious that they just don’t want to walk it up to my house. They have also put my mail in the wrong mailbox on multiple occasions.

I wish I could give them zero stars. This is the worst post office I’ve ever been to. Any time you go in, there is a long line and one person working at the counter, despite there being multiple people present that could work the counter. They also don’t stock any of the self service stations with packaging. I’m not sure what they do all day.

routinely doesn’t scan packages in. this can cause the tracking to be empty for 5-15 days while it’s in transit. this also causes some package to be completely lost and since they didn’t scan it, the insurance on the label won’t cover the cost of the item.

They all deserve a raise for what they have to put up with on a daily basis. Every employee is so extremely patient, despite having lines of 20+ customers blaming them individually for their package issues, and blaming them for things that are beyond their control. I really appreciate how kind the people are who work up front and they are constantly working as hard as they can. The waits are long but the postal workers are understaffed, underpayed, and overworked. All of that combined, they're obviously doing their best

Lost my wedding ring and never contacted me or cared to help.
Said it was delivered and signed for and it wasn’t there at my house, I was there to sign for it and no one came.
I went to the post office several times and no one helped. I get married soon and even walked in crying.
Finally spoke to a post man and he took my number and assured me someone will call that day…
Nothing.
It’s been since November…

I’m not surprised they suck, every post office does- but the Oxford location was just beyond awful. 0 customer service. I had a passport appointment for 11 & was told to get there 10 min early. There is a long line and they only have one person working, which in itself is just ineffective and inefficient. I have now been waiting for nearly 40 minutes. When I politely went to ask how much longer, Tekya immediately cut me off and said she didn’t know because the lady was working with another family right now and basically told me to go stand back in the corner. As far as I’m concerned, she could’ve politely responded or offered a solution, yet she didn’t. She was rude, unfriendly & clearly too incompetent to know what an appointment is and that most people don’t want to wait over an hour for THEIR APPOINTMENT TIME!

I recently had a package that was lost. When I tracked it the site said it had been delivered but obviously not to me. The next day my mail carrier Desiree came in to see if I had any out going packages . She does this a couple of times a week to save me the trouble of having to call for a pick up. I told her what happened and she immediately went to tracking down who had worked the day it was lost and somehow figured out where it was mistakenly delivered. Not only did she find my package she went and picked it up for me and brought it back. Thank you very very much Desiree Blanch for going above and beyond. If everyone cared this much the world would be a better place.

I’d give this location Zero stars if I could. This is the most unorganized poorly run business I’ve ever experienced. It is always an hour wait minimum regardless of how many people are in line. Staff literally does not care. I waited for an hour only for a staff member to tell a coworker she’s going on break & didn’t want to assist me. You guys suck & everyone in Oxford knows it.

Terrible service, they will hold packages because of a lack of training. Please use any other method because USPS is a scam at this point.
