I am sure that what happened is racism, the manager told me not to buy again, when I have never had a problem with anyone there, she is only bothered that I use register Rewards, when it is something that the store gives, then why Ami doesn't allow me to use them when other people do? Unfortunately, there is no other Walgreens nearby, please put someone in there who treats customers well, because from what I read in the comments, there are many of us who receive bad treatment.

My doctor called in a prescription to this Walgreens in Oxford MS. An hour and a half later I show up and had to wait another 15 mins in line. Get to counter was told they didn't have it ready. I had to pay 1st before they would start on it. I've had a Walgreens acct along with other chain pharmacies for years and when I go to my local Walgreens in the next town over in Batesville MS they always have it ready before I get there without having to pay for it first. I transferred it over to them and they had it ready for me within a reasonable time frame without having to 1st pay for it. No wonder this Oxford MS store has 2 stars on Google reviews. Somebody in management should take some action to straighten out this store before they lose more of their customer base to other better run more efficient competitors. I certainly will not be going to the Oxford MS Walgreens store again. I'm even having trouble thinking about having to write about this negative experience.

Worst experience I’ve ever had ordering photos. I ordered online and the lady wasn’t able to pull up my order by name as she’s walking off. I asked could she look up the order ID as I definitely had ordered for pick up at this location. Very rude, bad attitude

The pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure my mom got her flu shot. Without even being asked they came out to the car and gave her shot. It is so difficult for her to get in and out. The walk to the back of the store would have taken her days to recover from. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

Received a courtesy call from them saying I had a prescription to pick up. When I got there they said that there was no record of it in their system. Slaw.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Orders never ready when it says it’s ready online. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and just use Walmart.

If your insurance does mot require you to use Walgreen's, BUYER BEWARE of this location. Like many businesses, this one has trouble finding and retaining good workers. As a customer, my insurance company and I spend in excess of $20,000 per year in prescriptions alone almost all of which goes to this Oxford branch where my family has been a customer for 23 years.Putting up with new employees that do not know you and who have to verify every id you have versus established employees that ask you to verify address and date of birth is the tip of the iceberg. These new employees take their lead from recently promoted karen-inspired managers that are snide, bullying, disrespectful and otherwise poor management/employee hires. One example of such a poor manager is Tiffany whose customer NON-service reaches a new levels of egregiousness. I hope and pray you never need her assistance, especially in her management capacity.

This is literally the worst walgreens I’ve been to because of the management. The two white ladies (one fat one with short hair, I think her name is Sarah) and the other one that has brown hair, glasses, and looks burned red from a terrible suntan we’re so rude to me and my daughters. We asked for help finding a product and they called those managers to help. One manager said to look somewhere else and the other one ignored me. I will never go to this walgreens again and I hope they both die.

I almost never take the time to post reviews, but I am so disappointed in my experiences with this pharmacy that I felt compelled to. I struggle with complex medical issues and have been put on a lot of new meds recently, so I rely on their services very often. The wait is always awful, the employees and pharmacists are unfriendly and not communicative. They don’t inform you of issues fulfilling prescriptions unless you push for answers, and then then they act annoyed about having to take more than a few minutes to help you. Which of course leaves you without medications that you need and the lack of communication delays fixing the issue.Recently I picked up a new-to-me medication that I know you’re supposed to be careful with and that can have interactions with meds I’m already taking. I asked the pharmacy cashier if there was anything I needed to be aware of, since this was my first time taking it. She said “Nope! Have a great day!” Not convinced, I asked if I should take it at a certain time of day to avoid sleep issues. She told me “Nahh, you’re good” (insomnia is the most common side effect and, as it turns out, you absolutely do need to be careful about when you take it). I had to contact the drug manufacturer’s on-call pharmacist to answer my questions. She was shocked when I told her about the cashier’s response. That is just one of the many many issues I’ve had with them over just the past 2-3 months. I understand that there are likely staff shortages and that they’re busy and so I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first. Unfortunately they are carelessly and consistently neglecting patients’ needs and putting people’s health at risk as a result. I’m switching immediately and will never go back.

never enough staff, long lines at the pharmacy. just trying to check in for vaccination and no easy way to do that. should have a more streamlined way to do this.

Don’t do it. Too many faster pharmacies to spend your time here.
