I've dealt with Lung Cancer for some time now. I quit going anywhere for fear of covid. I finally made a trip to Wamart to pick up a couple of things I needed. It made me feel sorta free again. I enjoyed my visit!

Could used someone to direct traffic at gas station. People just sitt6at the pumps talking and not pumping gas. Cars backed all way into store parking lot.

They needed more actual cashiers open to check out. We only saw one with a long line. Sometimes I need a cashier and not a scan and go. Everything else was good.

Pharmacy always very friendly and professional there are pharmacies closer to home but I prefer Walmart.

Walmart really wasted our time and a lot of other yesterday.I had to work all day, so I placed an online order for pick up on the app that morning for that day so I could go grab it after work, get there, it tells us our order is ready and it'll be out shortly.We waited an ENTIRE HOUR. Called and they were like “oh were closed for the day” even though Walmart was open till 6.No note on the pick up door, nothing.We had to tell like 6 others that were waiting that they wouldn't be getting their orders.Y'all really wasted peoples Tim yesterday. And now I have to wait 2 days for my groceries.

The shelves were sold out and under stocked! No shopping carts at entrance. and when I mentioned it, was told workers were not coming in and are short handed. Electric cars

Hands down the worst run Walmart I’ve ever seen. I’ve lived in Oxford now for 4 years. Everything is out of stock ALL the time. Never any registers open. Can’t find any employees. Worst place in this risk to pull in & out of. Dirty. Unorganized. Always out of buggies where buggies are kept. None ever found inside the store randomly. Most of the buggies are absolutely filthy & utterly destroyed. Oh and don’t bother doing an online pick up. You’ll wait 2 hours. Literally. Two hours. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. I live 1 mile exactly from Walmart. I always go to Kroger and leave happy.

Had to learn to grab a buggy on the way in because they're usually out when I get inside. Never enough registers open. Checkout lines 10 people long or more. This store could use better management for addressing these issues since they're ongoing long term issues.

I gave this store 5 stars a year ago and it is sad to see the change in service that has happened. I am currently waiting on a pick up order that is 1 hour and 22 minutes late and when I tried to approach one of the pick up associates in the parking lot, she was rude and walked off. My family will definitely be using another location.

Well there are workers in this one. But there is no one checking ppl out. It's all self service and the lines are VERY long. Totally packed in there.
