I started to rent the storage unit when this place was A1 storage. Price was affordable and fair. But when Your Extra Closet took over management, first they hiked up the prices for property insurance reasons then they hiked up the prices for no reason at all. This is not just an extra closet, it is an extra high unnecessary BILL, that keeps on going up every month for no reason. STEER CLEAR of these storages unless you want someone to quote you one price when you rent the place, then change it shortly after. It's not like we are storing one item, these people know it is easier to deal with price hikes than move your belongings. Shame on them!!! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST. Find a storage facility who is honest and not greedy.
