When we returned our phones, S21s to credit the new ones, S24s, Hunter mistakenly put one of the phones toward an iPhone, which we DID NOT purchase and now we must wait 2+ billing cycles for a refund and we are both retired and very upset!! The original clerk, Marcis, was excellent and said it would be easy to turn in our phones next day. We had to make 2 trips to the store and the issue is still not resolved! We cannot afford the large payments they caused us to have by their error. We do not recommend this store now and are severely frustrated with this entire ordeal.

Had a wonderful experience the lady was very helpful and felt as if we knew her from before. She made a difference for us and we will continue our contract because of the kindness shown thank you for that keep it up the world needs light in it anything is appreciated

Awesome experience! Preston took great care of my need for a new phone. Knowledgeable, patient and experienced, he explained my options and was very thorough. I left with exactly what I needed. Definitely recommend this store.

My son went to the site to upgrade his phone. It was y explained to him all details. He was told he could trade his phone in and get a credit. Wasn't told another line would be added to my phone. My bill doubled. I went to the store and spoke to the sales person christian and wasn't very helpful. He told my son his other phone was paid off. When I went there he said he still owed 200 on old phone. He said if you pay that then it's fixed back. That didn't happen. I tried to call him back he won't take my call or call me back. Very disappointed in this situation. I want someone to call me back.

Switch to AT&t 20 days ago phone already has factory problems Motorola won't stand behind it and AT&t customer service suck went in the store they don't want to help should have stayed with Verizon

I went into the Pascagoula Mississippi AT&T store to upgrade my phone. They were very helpful there wasn't a weight time.They were very knowledgeable and they let me know about trading in my old phone. Which? Saved. My a lot of money. Step was very helpful and They did a awesome job.

We have been loyal customers with at&t for years. I went into Pascagoula store today to get help with my phone and was refused service, talked to very rudely as well as asked to leave. The young guy there was rude, disrespectful & had absolutely no customer service skills. I would NEVER recommend anyone to use this branch of AT&T. The experience was so horrible we’re contemplating a different phone company for our business.
