“Zeal was AMAZING! I ordered a pair of boots that in transit, got damaged including the box, bag and boots themselves. Even though they have a no-refund policy on them, I contacted them and explained what had happened and they were SO so great and issued a refund AND gave me e discount code to use on my next purchase. THAT is how you gain and keep customers. Other businesses could learn a lot from their team.If I could give 10 stars, I would.”

“On a smaller scale than others I have visited. The prices are fair for the quality of the merchandise. I did see some brands that are available at Belks and Marshalls for a much lower price. However, I was looking for something that I previously purchased in another location. Apparently they do not carry the same merchandise at all locations so I had to leave empty handed. It's worth a visit. I do like that all the merchandise is grouped by size so I don't have to go from department to department or rack to rack looking for a nice medium top. staff was nice but everyone is nice in the South.”
“The best Citi Trends I've ever been in by far!!! Great smiles and customer service from the manager and cashier. They offered assistance and were so polite. The place was so neat and spacious. My mom was on a walker and could easily maneuver through the aisles. The clothes were displayed so well you could easily find coordinates and sets. The shoes were stored well and the housewares were stocked neat. I've been to citi trends in Ohio, Georgia, Alabama, Missouri, Texas, and other states none of them can compare to this location. Citi Trends send your managers to Ms. C (the store mgr)and let her show them how to set and keep their stores!”
