We received a coupon from them in the mail to pre-purchase three oil changes for a discounted price. I went in to use the coupon, but was informed that there would be an extra charge for each of the three oil changes because the van “required 6 quarts” of oil. Of course the fine print said that coupon covered up to 5 quarts of oil. I felt that 6 quarts was a little much for the 3.6L engine. So, a quick google search revealed that the capacity was 5 quarts, not 6. When I insisted that the van only took 5 quarts, the service advisor would not back down that the van requires 6. After leaving, I checked the owner’s manual. It says 5 quarts. I took my van to Mandal CDJR instead for the oil change and guess how many quarts of oil they put in! That’s right, 5 quarts. And they honored a coupon that I had! So, I will be making the extra drive to Mandal in D’Iberville from now on.

All I can say is watch and read the paperwork before you sign it. Very sketchy. Sales lady was great until finance person got involved. Will never use these folks again

I’ve had my car in this shop multiple times. The first time it sat there for two months. When I go to get it, it was dead and had to leave it there longer even after purchasing a new battery. It wouldn’t crank. When I got it back it had something draining the battery. So I took it back. I was told it wasn’t under warranty and I would cost me 623 dollars to get it fixed. I payed the bill and it was dead within two hours of being home. I take it back again and they keep it for a week and then tell me the real reason why it’s dying and it’ll be 2100 because the warranty company turned it down. They were very generous and offered to take 200 off my bill since I was such a good customer. They could’ve had my car fixed under warranty but chose not too. They could’ve also reimbursed me my money I spent for nothing. They didn’t! I’ll never be back and I’ll continue to let everyone know about the great service I received. Thanks! Thanks for getting back with me and I’m pretty sure you do appreciate my business. Especially when you get $623 dollars from me and I get nothing in return. As you may know I also work at a dealership and I know how this works. I know for a fact the warranty company would’ve paid for it had you done the right thing.. especially after ripping me off. If you want to make it right, you can refund me for the work you did’t do. You have my contact info. I look forward to hearing from you guys soon.

**BUYER BEWARE!!**Summary, I’m a normal guy. Normal bills. I’m a retired vet with four tours in the sandbox and about three additional years deployed to various hot spots around the world. I still work 6-5 every day teaching future Airman. After about a year plus of searching for a second vehicle to put a little more joy in to my life, I bought a used, 2016 Jeep Wrangler with 44.5k miles in June of 2023 from Crown Dodge in Pascagoula, MS. Since then, I’ve put roughly 1700 miles on it (some of those, are for four trips to Crown for service) even though I’ve only been able to drive the vehicle for 4 of the five’ish months I’ve owned it, while having to pay nearly $1k in repair/deductible costs. In late July of 2023, after a third trip to Crown Dodge’s Service, (yep, you read that right. Two months of ownership = Three visits to Crown Dodge Service department) with monthly payments (including the warranty deductible) nearing $1k a month, I’m now frustrated.Enter Stan Crawford, the Crown Dodge Sales Manager. After speaking with Stan, I asked if it was possible to trade the vehicle back in for what was owed, at which point I would purchase another vehicle, or would Crown possibly buy what I am now perceiving to be a lemon? Stan says, and I paraphrase, “we won’t buy the vehicle back solely for cost, but we’d certainly look at buying it back and trading it in on something new, because and I quote “we want you to be happy”.” Going forward, I felt a little assurance this company may live to one of the moral pillars I do: Integrity First.During my most recent service need on the 18th of September, (four in four months), I again reached out to Stan asking to be relieved from the Jeep I purchased. On the 20th of September, I received a call from Stan with three options, as the market doesn’t bear allowing a trade in for the pay-off or even the roll-over of the vehicle: 1) Continue to pay for repairs of the Jeep, 2) Trade it in on a newer Jeep, where rebates can be applied , but my payments would escalate to nearly $1k a month, or 3) Attempt to sell the vehicle on my own, and I quote “I would have a cool story about all the repairs I’ve paid for.” Let me summarize the last part for you, “turn yourself in to a used car salesman, void your conscious of any ethical/moral fiber, and pass your problem to someone else at an exorbitant price.” Absolutely, unreal.I’m giving Crown Dodge one star because their Service department is excellent. Specifically, Cody, whose been exceptional at diagnosing and repairing the myriad of problems I’ve experienced with the 2016 Jeep Anxiety. I meant Wrangler. My simple advice to anyone considering buying a used vehicle from Crown, have the vehicle inspected by a third party before deciding. Like any other dealer, Crown Dodge vehicles are taken in trade or purchased from auction. How much Crown invests in their preparation for re-sale I can’t say, but I can attest that Crown hasn’t stood behind what was sold other than facilitating repair via the warranty I purchased. On that note, purchase the extended warranty offered via Ally. I’m very fortunate I did, because I would literally have to go bankrupt due to the piece of garbage sold to me by Crown Dodge. In addition to a monthly car payment, I’ve added another line item accounting for the warranty deductible, or any other non-warrantied repairs I’ve had to resolve nearly each month I’ve had the Jeep. Another thing to consider, you may have to account for lost use of the vehicle. Every day I wake up and attempt to crank over the Jeep I will be paying on for another 6 years, I thank God I wasn’t dumb enough to trade in the only reliable vehicle I own. Unfortunately, I was dumb enough to buy a used vehicle from Crown Dodge.

I had to share what a great experience my fiancé and I had with Joe and Stan. Everyone there went above and beyond to help us out and you just don’t come across that very often. We love our Jeep Wrangler and truly appreciate everything the team did to help us get it!

July 26, 2023Zero stars but had to give one in order to post. This used to be a good Jeep dealership.I purchased my last two vehicles from this dealership. I also bought a prepaid oil change and tire rotation plan 3 years ago. Every time I've used it there has been a problem. The problems have ranged from being unable to get the service department on the phone to schedule ( I once had to drive over from the next city to the west as they were not answering or returning calls, and when I finally was able to speak to someone I was told I would have drive back the next day to receive the service), to one occasion where I was given the oil change but the tires were not rotated. When I asked why, I was informed that while the package I purchased included a tire rotation, I had not specifically asked for one. Yesterday, my car was shutting down at lights, leaving me stranded until I could get it going again, and the battery kept dying when the vehicle was shut off for a while. I drove to the dealership, and told the individual at the service desk what was going on, to which he replied "that sounds weird" and stared blankly at me until I got aggravated and left. Off course I wound up getting stuck at a light on the way home until I turned my engine off and restarted it. Today when I went for the oil change and rotation, I again asked that it be checked. When I was told what the problem was ( 2 dead batteries ) I was told it would cost over 700 dollars to fix ( over half being labor). I declined to pay and the service person told me they would finish up and get me out. When I checked out I was billed 53 dollars, which I questioned and the service desk person stated it was for evaluating the batteries, adding something about being sorry they don't work for free. I stated that I came yesterday with what I considered a safety issue, and was greeted with a blank stare. He replied that I was refusing the repair today, and it would have been the same yesterday. I asked the lady who took my payment to speak to the dealership or sales manager, and was told they had both taken today off. This dealership has lost my business. I will drive to a dealership in another city before I return to Crown. Also as I drove home, I pulled up the tire pressure screen, all tires were at least 3 lbs lower than recommended pressure. No one had checked and aired them up

Complete and utter failure as a dealership. We bought TWO vehicles that day and waited for ever to be processed. Then we find out that the paperwork has been done so incorrectly we spend hours trying to get them to fix it. I had called the finance woman to say that my name was spelled wrong and our birthdays were way off, and she said if the DMV had a problem then she could correct it. She never responded to my calls when the DMV had several problems with the title and paperwork. I paid cash for my car yet it was such a hassle at the DMV that I had to go back and spent a total of 4 hours there. The title had the wrong company on it that didn't match my paperwork so an avadavat have to be done. The tax collected was waaaay wrong too. A complete horrible transaction. My husband's paperwork was also wrong and he spent 3 visits and many hours trying to get it fixed. The finance woman is a complete incompetent. No one ever called us back to apologize and I was so upset by the whole ordeal that I sold my Jeep to Carvana because I got angry just getting in it. I bought a Certified Honda. DO NOT buy a car from this place. If you are foolish enough to, check the paperwork spelling and amounts. Don't just blindly sign that electronic sign pad. You WILL regret it!

We had an overall good experience here. My daughter bought her first car. The sales staff was friendly. We knew what we wanted so there was no pressure. The young lady in the finance office was a pleasure to work with. In and out in about 2 to 3 hours. Would shop here again.

Went the day before yesterday ab a vehicle, talked it out and scheduled to come in today to talk business and they called me yesterday took all my information and ran my credit. I come in at 5 which was after work for an employee to tell me that they sold the vehicle this morning. A text or call would have been nice before I made the drive there since it was sold in the morning they had all morning and afternoon to shoot me a message or text. Also ran my credit this morning which I’m going to call and try to get fixed. Really upset about the communication. Y’all need to learn to have good communication because instead of me one day going back now I’m never coming back there because of how y’all deal with things. Very unprofessional.

Three months ago, my husband ordered anew Ram longhorn truck. Initially, he was assured if he wasn’t happy when it came in, his $1000.deposit would be returned. Because it was for his 80th birthday, he was anxious awaiting its arrival. Unfortunately, after seeing the difference between the chart shown and the actual color, he no longer wanted it. SalesmanJoe and Stan, visibly irritated parted ways after my husband informed them of the record he had of his deposit check they had accepted which stated, “ right to refuse for any reason”. The check had been deposited, wasn’t returned that day and later salesman said the check was in the mail. Yesterday, my husband called the dealership. Mr David informed him in a rude tone that you won’t get your money back and hung up. We were lied to and feeling very disappointed .

I have purchased three vehicles from Crown over the years, and the experience can't be beat. No stress, friendly employees, and straight answers. Aimee, Bud and Sarah are the nicest people to do business with.

Awful dealership. Twice I attempted to get information on a vehicle and twice my questions were met with incorrect information and snarky responses. Very unprofessional. Avoid this place. There are much better options in the area.

Best sales experience ever! 1 hour from the time we got there, to the time we left. Test drove, negotiating, papers, switching our stuff to the new truck!!!
