“This gym is a hidden gem (pun intended) on the MS coast. Having a gym with a POOL is unheard of in most areas. I am honestly surprised that it isn't the most popular gym in the area. They have lockers rooms for men and women, plenty of treadmills, free exercise classes, clean restroom, and friendly staff.”
“The gym is old but the people here are nice and it looks small from the outside but it has everything, it even has a steam room. I'm only here for 1 month and they let me do a month to month. Check it out”
“I was in Pascagoula for business for a couple of months and chose this gym because it has a heavy bag, like I use at home. I ended up loving this place. I wish I could have brought it back with me to Texas. Symone is an amazing woman. She made me feel at home from the moment I walked through the door. The boxing room is sparse, but functional with it's own kicking Bluetooth speaker so you can punch and stretch and workout to your own playlist. The equipment on the floor is clean and arranged well. It's really nice that there's a healthy juice place attached with access from inside the gym. If I ever find myself back there, I'm joining again the day I get there. No contract is really nice when you travel so much like me.”
