“I was in the middle of a project and I attempted to use some special paper, but it got stuck in the machine. While hesitant to text Mr Stacey at 8pm with a 911. I did it. Not only did he answer my text, he actually called. This is so amazing because not only was he willing to answer the call, but he showed up in the worst weather(tornado warning/watch) ever and resolved the issue within a matter or seconds. This is what I call real customer service.”
