I did not get the young gentleman’s name that helped me today. But I just left the store at 10:40am and the young gentleman working went above and beyond to help me. As a mom with 2 under 2, I had a lot going on. UPS this gentleman deserves a raise that was on shift at this time. Thank you so much for your help!

UPS IS A SCAM – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
I shipped a package through UPS to Georgia, but after SIX days, it was returned to my home instead! Meanwhile, their tracking system falsely shows it as “delivered” to Georgia. When I reached out for help, UPS refused to refund me and instead demanded that I PAY AGAIN to have it sent—despite this being entirely THEIR mistake.
To make matters worse, the manager I dealt with was unbelievably, refusing to take responsibility for their error. This company does not care about its customers, only about squeezing more money out of them.
UPS is unreliable, dishonest, and completely untrustworthy. Save yourself the headache and use a different shipping service!

Update! Still the busiest place in Pascagoula and still doing an outstanding job.
Some new faces here Carina and Tai are both amazing as well as all of the young new faces whose names I don't know!
The folks at this UPS store are awesome! Missy is the best and the Cape Cortes appreciates all of her help.

Missy (Notary) is so kind, I unfortunately messed up some paperwork and had to come in again for a notary. She is professional and courteous and always willing to explain how the notary process works here in Mississippi! As a new resident I appreciate it, and applaud her customer service skills! Will be coming here for shipping needs, specifically because of Missy! ?
