Photo quality is terrible. Photos are all too dark and cropped all wrong. Photos are also blurred. They are awful looking.

After getting a call saying my prescription was ready I Come up here... get told it'll be another 30 minutes.. wait 30 minutes then go back up to the counter and get told by another employee " oh it's not ready, it'll be another 30 minutes.," it's literally one antibiotic for a cut, just put that stuff in a bag and let's go..I guess I'll grab some hydrogen peroxide and let the chips fall where they may..

Absolutely the rudest most unprofessional pharmacy. The pharmacy techs and pharmacist are lazy, rude, have zero idea of what customer service is about.

Walgreens in Pascagoula , Ms. Has the most rudest pharmacist I've ever ran across . I'd gotten my prescription filled there 3 times . However last week as I'd gone there to have my prescription filled the pharmacist Jason were very rude and seemed prejudice ... I'd asked him why couldn't I get my prescription filled , his answer was : in his personal opinion he refused to fill it . And that's it . I'm like WOW ! Is that the only reason , he said yeah . So I moved on . I'll never go there again no matter how bad I need a prescription filled . They're so obnoxious , Rude , and a unprofessional , . PERIODT ! This is My Opinion ! They really needs to close it down because it doesn't make any sense to have to wait so long for anyone to have their prescription filled especially if there's no one else in line but you , they can't be that busy , Especially whenever there's no one in line waiting and drive thru has only one car waiting this is absurd . Not disrespect to anyone , but this is really disturbing .

I went to Walgreens to print photos for my brother’s funeral. Ashley at he photo center was not only very helpful, she was so caring and went the extra mile. I am truly grateful.

Honestly the pharmacy staff here CONSTANTLY has problems. I've been getting prescriptions filled here for 2 years and it seems every single time there's a problem. They don't have enough in stock, they can't get the safe open and there's no pharmacist on duty, or they take 8 years when there's nobody in the store, or they didn't even try to obtain the proper PA they needed, honestly it's amazing this place is still operating

I went in to drop off a fed ex package. No one was available to check it in. I see an employee chatting with a vendor and instead of excusing herself to help or say "Someone will be right with you" she seemed more interested in chatting with the vendor. I waited a while, pressed the button for help. She immediately came over said "I'm right here, I'll be a minute" and continued chatting with the vendor. She turned the button off. I'm still standing here waiting and so is the fed ex employee waiting to take the packages. In my opinion, if she has time to come over and turn the button off, she has time to scan in a package for drop off. She finally walked over to the counter and before checking in my package or acknowledging me cleaned the papers off the counter and put away some pens.

I was transferred to Walgreens when Fred's pharmacy closed. It has been the most horrible experience of my life!! Just transferred my prescriptions to Sav Rex. I don't believe I'll ever go into Walgreens again!!!

Vast improvement from my last review. Amber was a great help when I had an issue with my insurance and remained extremely positive for the 20+ minutes she had to help me even though the pharmacy was slam packed. So happy to see their customer service has improved.

Used the new express service to see how it would work. The use of my phone to pay for my prescription and then save it to Google Pay is a great new thing. However going inside to use the service is another thing. It may have been the time frame I went to the store, but when you say express you kinda expect to have a dedicated spot for those transactions. The express lane is in the same spot that they use for all transactions at the pharmacy counter. It's a great thing to have but the implementation needs to be improved upon.
