Absolutely disgustingly rude. Once again they wouldn't cash a check for me, third time, when I said that the 'supervisor' said BYE as I was walking out the door. How very professional of her. Thankfully I have enough manners to NOT engage in that kind of classless and rude behavior and simply continued to leave.
I'm a business owner in town, a member of the Rotary Club, I do work for the Mayor and currently the city so I'm not sure why I'm being treated like some lowlife when I go in there but I do every time, I guess I just don't rank as valuable to them.

Every branch I've been to and every person I've talked with has been really professional, knowledgeable, and good old Southern friendly.
My family has been banking with Hancock Whitney for decades.
After doing some research I encouraged my father to buy stock in Hancock Whitney. Excellent move as it turns out. One of the very few times my parents took advice from their kid!

I am beyond shocked at their business account fees. They’re ridiculous, unconscionable and simply unacceptable. I’m taking my money elsewhere. Local bankers are very nice but I want nothing to do with this bank. Never again!!!!

Just found out there closed on saturday now. Worst decision they have ever made now ppl who get paid late on friday cant cash there checks until monday!

Monica Wittmann is wonderful. Thank you for fixing an ongoing problem. Makes since you have been a manager for over 31 years at Hancock. I had a problem with Hancock bank since December 2017. I was transferring the ownership of Hancock shares into my name as the TOD of record for Dads account after he died. I flew back n forth from Seattle to meet with Hancock face to face at the main branch in Gulfport. Now March 2018 and frustrated. I tried a different branch and Monica took care of everything. Finally, my family should have access to our aprox $150k stuck in Hancock. Friendly informed staff. Monica is legally knowledgeable to think ahead to avoid hiccups later. The building Is clean, lots of windows and light, architecturally interesting. Views of beach. Easy highway access. Big parking lot and lots of parking.
