Specifically asked before move in if they had water and power available as we needed to do some work to our camper. They stated yes so we moved in to a covered spot. Upon checking all of the outlets they have no power to any of them. Now we cannot do any work to our unit. You call and no one knows anything. The facility is old and run down. Very disappointed.

Was unable to use my code to get in.Was finally able to get someone on the phone for a temporary one.By this time, someone waiting helped me because it was taking so long.System needs some work.

I have use y'all many times and I've never had a problem, but this time it took me over 5 hours to get the codes for my unit. It caused me money because I had to have someone work my shop, because I didn't know when I could leave to go to my unit. I bought a unit up for auction.

This is the poorest customer service I have ever seen…… if you can find another storage unit company it would cause you less stress…they lie and communicate poorly … it cost us time and money… also the roof leaked so half of my stuff was ruined from being in water

Terrible parking lot. Been there since 9/20 @ 150/mo Red Dot took over mid 2021, took out the water and most of the electric hook ups and raised the rent almost 20% for that.The outside storage went from about 90% to what looks like 50% so I guess rent will go up again.

Bad customer service. No one on-site and no way to get help without being on hold. They also raised my rent 130%. Would never use again.The good: gate worked every time. That’s about it.

There is a foul smell in the climate controlled area. I'm pretty sure there's dead rats in the black boxes around the building. I understand the boxes are there to catch them but they need to be emptied more often.

Gates left open for days. Saying that I owe for fees they won't even show me that we're transferred from aalco storage. 11 years with aalco and now this terrible corporate company that will not do anything for you to resolve issues. Stay away

Red Dot purchased this facility from AALCO and immediately removed the water supply used to flush your boat engine after use. Very cheap, greedy and disappointing.
