About WM - Firetower Landfill
WM - Firetower Landfill is a well-maintained facility with friendly and professional employees who ensure safety during operations. Visitors find the environment clean and the experience straightforward, especially for first-timers. While the pickup service is reliable, some customers have reported issues with customer service being rude. Although there was a minor issue with a damaged trash can, overall, clients have not faced major problems. Access to the landfill is convenient, and staff members, including those at the scales, are noted for being helpful and pleasant.
