Hours are suggested not accurate. Drove 2 hours to pay for a unit claims to close at 5, it’s 4 they’re not here.

Once again was having some issues getting something stored and as usual the Mgr. Bobbie went above and beyond to help me. Like In past to make a hardship easy on me. I appreciate them caring and being there in my time of need. Her kindness is so greatly appreciated. And they truly understand and try to help. God Bless and Thanks again Ms. Bobbie.
Megan has been very sweet when my account got messed up in an accounting change over. Thank you for correcting. Blessings.

Great experience, the entire process was very simple over the phone. Mrs. Jean Rothery, the Manager was very helpful and professional. Anyone needing a storage in the Pearl area should definitely check them out.

This place was great before the new owners got their hands on it. Janie made every customer feel like family. But the new owners fired her and now the customer service is ridiculous. They have gone up on the prices 3 times in less than a year. There is never anyone in the office. Can't get anybody on the phone 90% of the time but let you be late making a payment and they sure call you then. And the late fees....OMG!!! They are outrageous. Now you have to have a code to get in the gate which is wonderful unless your late making your payment. Then you can't get inside. But the drop box.....guess where it is. Yep... behind the gate. How can you put your payment inside if you can't get to it? I've had 2 units there for almost 3 years but I will be moving my stuff as soon as I can. Don't store you're stuff here. It's not worth the money.

Since the day we signed up to store our items there Janie has been a God send. She works tirelessly to us on track. We are very pleased with the entire staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the care of the grounds.
