I had a less than stellar experience at my local AutoZone, supposedly the one that earns the most around here, so I was kinda worried about what my experience was going to be the other day when I went into exchange a battery (and fortunately I opted to go to Pearl to see if they could assist me better, instead of just giving up after my local AutoZone, with zero attempt to help, and some huffiness.) Fortunately, when we walked in we got the Store Manager Dwayne. One of the easiest and quickest experiences I have had in AutoZone. From now on I will absolutely bypass my local AutoZone, and go to Pearl to have my auto needs handled. Thanks Dwayne! You impacted me more than you will ever know!!

Nate R at the Pearl MS location was absolutely outstanding. He was friendly, knowledgeable and through. He installed my car battery , explained the warranty to me and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Customer service top notch. I will definitely be dealing with Nate from now on.

Thank you to the manager and crew at the Pearl location. I was inconvenienced from bad and rude service at the Brandon location and had to drive all the way down to Pearl. There was some kind of system issue from a previous purchase that didn't show my part being under warranty. This was not their fault and I was even willing to just contact customer service because the purchase was done at the Brandon location. They got together and figured it out and got me my replacement part. They were very professional throughout that process. Thank you gentlemen.

My engine oil low light popped on while I was driving to work. I went by Pearl Auto Zone during my lunch break. I went to self-checkout but the nice employee rang me up and asked if I needed help putting the oil into my car, and I told him no so we handed me a funnel. Another employee was wrapping up with another customer outside when I was popping my hood and getting ready to put the oil in and he came over and insisted on helping me. What a gentleman. This store is very well run and the employees are fantastic!

Brittany from the Pearl location was working in Canton on 12/17/23. I had to purchase brake fluid and wipers. Brittany was extremely nice and courteous. When I made it to her register and asked her about the brake fluid, she was very knowledgeable. She also took me to where it was located. Help me with my wipers and walk me outside to put the wipers on my car. Brittany was awesome. I had a great experience with her today!!!!

It was great to shop this location. Didn't have to wait. They checked my battery, starter, and alternator. Unfortunately, I had to replace the alternator. They had it and the belt in stock. Fast friendly service. I will be back and recommend this store! Thanks, guys!
