I been a customer for cspire for a long time and I have had some excellent service and all the employees at the cspire in Pearl, Ms. Chamani, Lilo and a course that employee name Chris. They are all excellent employees, I hadn't seen this on any job, I every worked. I love their team work. They all does excellent work and excellent attitudes.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I have never had to call a company 19 times to get an issue resolved!!!!!! It's pathetic! They put me on the wrong plan, then told me every month for 4 months to pay the $200 bill and the credits would show up next month (my contract said $120 a month for 24 months). This went on for 4 months. I spent 6 hours on the phone with them and it's still not correct. And then they charged me a late fee, which is so wrong!!! Thank goodness my contract is up in September, needless to say my family will be switching back to AT&T!!! Don't sign a contract with them, it's not worth the headache!!!!
