2 quarts too much was put in my car. My under the hood none of my stuff was topped off and was not told that my Water & coolant reservoir was rotten. I called BBB about this situation also.

My truck broke down on Friday and we got it towed in on Saturday before they closed. They said they would look at it by Monday which is fine. Called Monday to ask about it, and they said the main inspector wasn’t there so it would be first thing on Tuesday which was fine by me. Tuesday comes, and received no call from them or any update. Decided to call them on Wednesday and they said they were looking at it and would call me back that day (they never did) We call them this morning and they were VERY rude. Ended up putting some injector cleaner in it to get it running so I could get it back to my house. I don’t recall ever getting such terrible service from anywhere. Spare yourself a few days and just take your car somewhere else.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
