If I could give this place a zero star review I would absolutely would. I order a phone and sale person tell me I have to get it activated and a plan started monthly with the order. Not knowing that if you decline purchase there is no refund of activation. Sale person Kandance has zero communication skills and learning ability to cancel an order.It took me 2 days and 50 minutes standing and waiting to get 80% of my money back. I would never step foot in that place again: location 3141 highway 80 E. Pearl ms. If you looking for advice I recommend shopping someplace else.

I have been a cricket customer for almost 10 years and i work around pearl area so have used the pearl cricket several times and its my favorite one them ladies jasmine and shay are the sweeties and kindest cricket employees i have met ...they help me so much with anything i need with my phone or services with yall ...yall need more like these 2 ladies...thank yall so much
