Forced to pay for rental insurance for an extra $20 a month, why???? They seem to add late fees and lien fees each month, thought you had to be 60+ days behind for that to happen. This is not my storage, I was helping my son and am losing money on this unit monthly. Not happy with this company at all. No photos necessary

Looking for another company. Keep going up on prices and insurance price. Charge $40 late fee for auto payment because my debit card expired and I've never missed a payment.

Jeremy provided dynamic customer service. He was very friendly and warm. Jeremy answered each question I elaborated on to provide me with a dynamic customer experience. He explained the payment process, provided me with the rental details of my storage, and communicated on the policies of renting with the organization. I would highly recommend Storage Center as the preferred company to rent storage space. Jeremy suggested a lock to secure my personal items. That is, I purchased a lock based on his recommendation. The online experience of reserving the unit and paying the fee was extremely easy. The online system is customer friendly.

Cal and call and call to make a payment and can’t get anything but a recording and it directs you to automated payment then tells you their system has an error !!

I found this location by accident while I was looking for a storage facility. We went inside and spoke to the man at the counter who turned out to be the manager. He made it a quick and seamless experience. He was kind and informative. The facility was clean, secure and well lit. I would definitely recommend this location for your storage needs.

This is the WORST business and storage place EVER. SAVE yourself the trouble and go somewhere else! This is a family owned business with a family that doesn’t give a crap about their customers. Our unit FLOODED the first week. We asked to move to a new unit, and were moved. The second week the ELEVATOR is broken. We had to carry each box up the stairs one by one. I asked for a manager to call me back, and I asked for a partial refund for my issues; NO RESPONSE! Week 3, the ELEVATOR IS BROKEN AGAIN!!! This time I asked for a supervisor to call me back. NO CALL BACK! I asked the front desk to let me move to another unit on the ground floor. They said they had to have permission and they didn’t know how long that would take…… so here I am. With my stuff still on the second floor. Unable to access the second floor because the elevator is broken. No refund. And no phone call from the family owned business. Save yourself. Go somewhere else.
