The Pearl, Miss /Whitfield distribution center gets worse by the day.They say product is loaded on truck and ready for delivery. Out for delivery. The FedEx site allows you to monitor the location of the delivery vehicle. The driver never shows. Then they post a delivery exception: “Business was closed. Could not deliver.” I’m a residence. And they never came to my place.I have reached the point where when I start to buy online — I order A LOT — I’m going to call the business and ask if the use FedEx. If they do, I will shop elsewhere. The only way to ensure that a FedEx delivery is not screwed up is not to use FedEx.

If I could give a 0 star I would, this is the second time I have had this issue with FEDEX. They do not confirm your address when they deliver a package. The 1st time around they delivered my package to the wrong door and I had to drive around to 50+ apartments to find my package. Today, is the 2nd time that I had to drive around, but this time I did not find it. We work hard for our money and to order valuable items just to have them delivered to the wrong door is pathetic. I am very upset and refuse to have any other packaged delivered by FEDEX!!

Whoever the fedex driver you have coming to tchula ms address need to be remove because they just dropping off package to anyone house so And nobody will tell me who it is because he/she can not read

I was expecting a mobile phone and with the tracking #, it said it was delivered on 09/5/2023 at 7:18 PM and I was outside ofmy apartment at that time and no package delivered. Then I recieved a duplicate tracking # stating this package was in transit at the Pearl, MS location on 09/07/2023 at 5:05 AM and this status has been stuck in that position since then. No solved problem and No help from Fed-Ex but everytime someone TRY to get a pckage delired from Fed-Ex to our complex, the productays seem tobe missing. I havae been getting the run around for a week now and I am the victim. Why would Fed-Ex provide a service for faster delivery and can't hold up to their promise? This is unacceptable from a suppose to be prestige company that customers like myself depend on to be safe and reliable from not only the public stealing packages but also the employees that are employed by Fed-Ex.

FedEx is not where it's at! This is so disgusting. I constantly getting emails on my packages is been delivered on this day and at the end of the day it's been delayed.I called to check why, and the guy says that t hey are short in staff.STOP! Where are you guy hiring these people from, down the street. They drive up to your home playing the music loud to the very last volume. Just like they are not on the job.My package that I do get are open, damaged and placed on the front porch has if it was trash.This is people not taking there jobs serious.Please stop hiring people who working for a good time!

I am not shocked but poorly disappointed at the sunken and declining service given by FedEx.I had a package from my pharmacist picked up on time but within the 3 day time frame of delivery I still haven't received it. The delivery date sent via automated tracking works, the people don't! Then I was told the driver pulled into my parking lot to deliver and discovered the package was not on the truck? REALLY, now in steps the accountability issue . All packages are scanned into the system and then loaded onto the truck. So why wasn't it on the truck or was the driver just ready to get off his route.We have CC cameras on all angles of property including parking lot. Upon close rerun the fedex truck never came on the property.I have a camera right above my front door and NO DELIVERY VEHICLE CAME.HEY fedex. Your corporate office is going to wonder why my hospital bill is coming to them. You are courting a liability suit messing with people's prescription deliveries.

I am currently standing inside office Depot trying to ship 2 packages. The store does not close until 8pm and that is still 15 minutes away but I am being refused service. Let me also add that online it says that they do not close until 9pm. There is a sign outside that says they will be close at 8 starting in June but it is only April. The woman behind the counter looked at me before I even made it to the counter and told me that they were closed and they could not ship my packages. I have already paid for the FedEx shipping or I would be taking my business elsewhere so I will be back tomorrow to ship my packages. But I will never ship another thing FedEx. I am still amazed at the laziness in the customer service industry since COVID. It's is baffling.

I guess whenever I'm forced to use FedEx (and by default this local FedEx), I should initiate an investigation at time of shipment. What should have been here 08/18 MAY arrive on 8/24.
